Property Ratings at Remodeled Apartments on The Gulf! Gulf Vie...
Mold so thick I could not open some windows. Roof leaked the whole six months. Never had full use of the stove, some of the heating elements were malfunctioning. The dishwasher was not draining and took 4 months to fix. I was in a two bed townhouse style and thought that would be better than having neighbors above or below. It was not. Your neighbors sound like they are in your apartment, especially walking up and down the stairs. The walkways stink because they do not enforce any rules for picking up after pets. I was here during military training and only stayed because it was temporary and more trouble to move out. I discouraged my pregnant wife from coming to see me due to the mold.
Ac breaks. Power bill $300. Rats and mice. Hope to break lease soon.
