Property Ratings at Remi Downtown
Since new management has come , every floor is dirty, the outside sidewalks are dirty, The previous manager made sure, that every floor was mopped and cleaned daily, the inside of the elevators were clean, and the outside was power washed 3 days a week. The 9th floor is where the penthouses are and the floors are a mess, you see the cleaning lady on the floor, but the floors never get mopped and paper never get picked up. I have lived here for 3 years, and i have never seen this building as i have seen it in the last 2 months. I have other complaints, but my main complaint is that they keep the inside of the building floors DIRTY
