Property Ratings at Relais Esplanade Apartments
At around March two chickens, a hen and a rooster wandered onto the property....I noticed the rooster crowing promptly at 5 am every morning...I contacted the office..they gave me lip service saying they couldn’t reach anyone with the city..they suggested I call the city animal control...like it’s my responsibility...I did I also got no reply...they need to pay somebody....it’s their responsibility to care for the grounds not the tenants...this is the suburbs not a farm...7 months have passed and ma and pa have had 5 chicks...all now grown...and two of them are roosters....now there are 3 roosters crowing a 5 in the morning....this is so bizarre...never in my life have I ever had a complaint like this...the chickens walk on cars...scratching paint jobs...my review is what it is because of management’s complete disregard for its paying tenants and their property...it’s frustrating because until this point I have had no complaints in the 5 years I’ve lived here...but chickens in the suburbs....it’s a deal breaker!
I love it here. I've been here five months now it's quiet and clean. I have a large one bedroom. My neighbors are friendly and respect privacy. Renee the office manager is constantly working hard and takes pride in the way Relais looks. She's a very kind caring lady. Savannah in the office showed me my one-bedroom she was profesional and very friendly. She ananswered all questions. She knows a lot about these apartments. I looked at 14 other apartments in metairie and kenner nothing compares to Relais.The two maintenance guys Robert and Will are fast and efficient and very friendly. They get the job done. Even the 2 groundskeeper guys do a great job keeping the outside clean. Its a safe place to live.
Relais. Apartments, On west Esplanade is nice. Quite place, love the Area right next to the mall a lot of locations to eat and close to New Orleans and reasonable rent . I do love the people that work in the office they have a pool it stays clean , the water is warm in the summer so not to thrilled about that And of course it so hot that a lot of bugs and creepy crawlers come out. During the summer overall not a bad place to live .
