My apartment is amazing and so spacious and the people in the leasing office is the best especially patrick any problem I have they come right away me and my daughter enjoy living here.
I've been here for 3 years now. the old office staff was so rude. It was amazing. The place has new managment and they are fantastic. Patrick, Kevin and Debra are very polite. They answer your questions and get results in a timely maner. . The maintenance crew is also new. Willie, Armondo and the rest of the crew get things done quickly. They are also improving things on the outside and on the interior. I highly recommend living here.
If I can give this place 0 stars I would. This is the worst place someone can possibly move into. I’ve lived here for 2 years & just recently switched to an apartment in the front. These buildings are INFESTED WITH WATER BUGS, ROACHES, & MICE. I’ve had 4 mice in my kitchen & a bunch of water bugs in the lobby as well as in my apartment. Everything in this apartment is falling apart & maintenance don’t do nothing to fix anything. They’re all lazy & fix things in a rush. The walls are thin as paper so you hear everything as well. I hear music from upstairs like if it was in my room. The manager at the office don’t do nothing either. DONT MOVE HERE. You’ll regret it.
My apartment is clean and I am looking forward to living here for quite awhile. I like that the community is located near major freeways.
From our first contact with Regency Park to today's date, we have had an excellent experience here! Staff, neighbors, our apartment and location: all fantastic! We would not hesitate to recommend Regency Park as a nice, calm environment to live in. We have never had a pest issue and we have lived here for almost a year and we plan on renewing.
We love Regency Park and their wonderful staff. Good location, clean apartment, and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. The management and maintenance team are super friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to move to this area.
The place is surrounded on both sides by Super Loud Running Trains, that run Non-Stop. The price is definitely not worth it, the people are super loud as well and the office Never Ever Ever picks up the phone. The only thing that’s good there is Maintenance. This place is not that nice do not be deceived by the “pretty picture”. They only talk to their residents when they feel like it.
I’ve am giving the Regency Park a one start due to the PEST, ELEVATOR NEVER WORKING, and the PATCH WORK! Please rent somewhere else! There are big water bugs everywhere, I tried everything to get rid of them but nothing works. 2weeks ago we had a power outage and my family and I had to go get our belongings, we were jumping over bugs, it was the craziest thing I have ever seen in my life! For the 1st 6months I’ve had ongoing mice problem, but it hasn’t been so bad recently. Now I am moving in July and the elevator is not working!!! It hasn’t been working for almost 4months now, they would fix it and it break the next day! I am so over this building and ready to go.
I live here now and from these reviews your think it was a peach but it’s not. Nothing works we have no kitchen ventilation. the fire alarm is always going off and literally takes hours for it to be turned off. The power is always going out this place is filled with rodents and roaches they have people come out every other week and it still doesn’t help. they are way over priced they showed me my apartment with looked nice i put my money down and when I went to put the rest down they said something brought they pulled the bait and switch lol my neighbor are always smoking marijuana and you can smell it in my apartment it’s i can hear the people water running from their bathroom.. the walls are paper thin you can easily hear your neighbors have a conversation i really wish i waited so please save your time and money this place is not the move !
I have lived here for about two years now. It is everything I need. There is a WaWa one block away, the train is also one block, and so is everything else you would need. Any time I have any issues the front desk is always quick to help. I can't express enough how much I have enjoyed living here. Thanks Amy, Jacqueline, Joe and John. You all are the best!
I have lived in the apartment for a few months and I love it. On first arrival I was greeted by Jacqueline and Amy, they were very helpful and accommodating with all my questions. While living in my apartment in B2 building I met the maintenance staff Joe and John. They are very professional and courteous To their residents. It’s also in walking distance of the train station and grocery store!
I have been living at the Regency for a while now and I absolutely love it. I remember doing a tour of the property with Jaclyn and she assured me that I would enjoy my living experience here and boy was she right. It’s nice and quiet, my apartment is very spacious, and there is a pool and gym on site. Along with me actually loving my cozy apartment, I have easy access to getting downtown by taking the regional rail, and getting to any expressway is nothing more than a drive of a few minutes. The Property Managers Amy and Jaclyn are super attentive and do everything in their power to make me feel comfortable. I have recently met some maintenance men named John and Juan and they are great staff members as well. I would recommend anybody who is interested in looking for an apartment to give Regency Park a look. You will not be disappointed!
I’ll be moving in the summer time!! I can not wait!!! When you come in you feel welcome by two girls. Amy and Jacqueline!! They are so sweet and personable! I went on a tour and Jacqueline took the extra time to not only show me a model but a apartment that is exactly like the one I wanted! I was impressed they are two busy ladies! She introduced me to a maintenance guy on the way to see the apartments! He was nice too. I don’t live there yet and I feel so comfortable, I get good vibes from the staff. The apartments are spacious with a lot of closets space. Theother apartments I saw can not compare! There is a pool and gym and you are with in walking distance from the train station!!!!!!
Regency park is the perfect place to look if you want to move into a new apartment. It is very quiet and well taken care of. The apartments themselves feel brand new when you move in and are prepared great for the next person who wants to move in.
I love regency Park, the apartments are spacious and not to expensive There is a pool and fitness center The train is located right across the street. It is prime location that is close to everything you need. And the fact that there is a Wawa across the street is an added bonus. It is also usually very quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends
