Regency Park Apts have had it's up n downs like most Apartment living, but overall it's been good. The community really tries to bring the community together, by hosting different events, parties etc. The staff is great, they have security on site as well.
My experience at Regency Park has been pleasant for the most part. The manager is pleasant and the office staff is courteous and attentive. I am looking forward to another year.
So far everyone seems nice and it looks peaceful. I always wanted a studio for myself and Regency is the only place that was able to accommodate me.
Very quiet and the staff is nice! Only been a month though. I have had a few maintenance problems that are taking a long time to be fixed. This is my first apartment so my expectations are low
The community is quiet. The parking is not that well. There's no assigned parking spots so you'll have to park away from your door/building sometimes. The place has a roach infestation I've been putting in request for pest control since we moved in.

I’ve enjoyed my 6 year stay. Property is great location is better. No issues outside of other residents. My next move will be into a house but this has been a great stay.

I've been living here for over 3 years, and everyone is so friendly. The neighborhood is very safe and well taken care of. The leading office has great communication and is always coming up with fun activities for the whole complex. Really love it here!

The people were nice and helpful, however, I noticed the bedroom only has one vent for cooling the room. HVAC is horrible. they put the wrong door knob on the bedroom rushing. The lock portion is inside the closet and should be on the bedroom door. Not really a lot of storage space. Pros- close to airport Close to marketplace Don’t have issues with parking.

So far, the parking sucks. The place is hot. Also it has cockroaches. I'm hoping pest control actually came and fixed this situation. The bedrooms are upstairs which is super hot even once the sun goes down . We've brought 3 fans for one room which still doesn't work. It's miserable

Pros-the maintenance team is amazing! I have no idea how they get to my work order so quickly when they have so many units to repair. They are everywhere, all the time, and can be in ten places at once. NIjas! I am just amazed at how quickly and efficiently things get done around here! The Residence team is also very helpful and they threw us a party with a DJ a kids games and snow cones! Why are they all good looking? Is this a requirement for the job?? No shortage of eye candy every time I go to our office. I feel safe and protected here

I really enjoy living at Regency Apartments. The community is very quiet, and I love the studio I have it's a great space for me. The only issue I've had so far is with the thermostat. It keeps saying "wait," and I've reached out to maintenance twice, but it still hasn't been resolved. Thankfully, the AC is still blowing, so it’s not an emergency, just something I'm still waiting on. Other than that, everything has been good!

I just moved in and everything is all new. Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, stainless steel faucets and shower fixtures. New floors and freshly painted walls. Couldn’t ask for a better looking apartment honestly. And the people were super friendly and helpful. I had to leave to pick up my daughter and they got my signing and walk through done in about 20 minutes. No hassle at all and offered every courtesy. So far I have absolutely 0 complaints and if I were asked right now, I would definitely recommend getting an apartment here!

I love Regency Park. I love my apartment. Rooms are nice size rooms. My keys are enjoying it here. They love the pool that we never had before where we stayed at at first I love my balcony, my back porch, and lots of space.

I have had no real issues living here. I have been here for over 11 years. It's the only cheapest places to live that is close to the city. It's not the newest on the block. But, you make your house home with how you keep it up inside and out. It can continue to be a nice place to live if everyone cares as much as the next neighbor. It is quiet and nobody bothers you. I have built a relationship with the leasing office staff and get what I need when I need it.

Regency Park Apartments, Has its perks and then "Not so perks" The laundry facility is finally being updated, it's amazing all the money we pay, the laundry facility is a Hot mess, but at least the company will refund you. The owners of pets not being respectful of those who don't hv pets, dog mess on my patio, Be mindful residents!!! Overall it's mostly quiet where I stay and property is kept up!!

I just moved into Regency Park in Feb. I did a lot of research before moving, and this complex had the best reviews in Atlanta for this price point. I made an appointment with Mel, the turnkey manager, and told him exactly what I was hoping to find. The first place he showed me had all of the things on my criteria list! He showed me a couple of other places, but I already knew when I saw that first one that it was for me. I have been here a month and I love it. It is close to the airport and a huge shopping plaza but it is very quiet and I feel safe living here. Highly recommended! If you are looking for a place be sure to list exactly what you want. They have 650 units so there is one that will have ALL of what you are hoping to find!

Been living here for almost 2 years. Love the location. I like that the leasing office team tries to have community events. Staff is professional and kind. I wish improvements on the apartments, that’s definitely needed didn’t cause for increase in rent. More kitchen cabinets and space. Flooring upgrades. Screens in the patio doors. Upgrades for appliances and brighter cabinets. Basketball hoop. But of course this would cause rent to sky rocket, which is sad. Love that maintenance keeps the community clean and on target with completing issues. Mostly a safe community. Grateful for security as well.

This really is a great community! Everyone in the neighborhood is nice and there's hardly ever any problems. The leasing office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. I love that these apartments are so affordable, clean, and have regular community events! The laundry facility is my only issue because it needs renovation. Other than that, I'm excited to live here for another year!

Regency Park Apts ..A Quite Place In the heart of East point Georgia...I haven't had a bad experience living here, but you know people will be people... It's apartment living.The grounds are kept up and management team, still try to get the community together..It's a convenient area to live in...Camp Creek Marketplace and theatre are close by and surrounding stores...Sammie Cheese Cake A Must!!!

Been here for almost a year and I am enjoying my stay here. Great staff. Great neighborhood. Very affordable too. It’s by a lot of different places so it’s hard to be bored in this area of town.
