Regalia Mansfield Apartments

The application and move in process was really easy. I toured a 2bed/2bath with Ebony. She was nice and professional. I'm happy with the unit so far. The only issue I've had is finding a parking space near my apartment.

Iv lived here several years now. With no major complaints. Staff is friendly. The maintenance is fast. The amenities are excellent. I feel safe in my building and my neighbors are all pretty much to themselves and quite. Super happy being here! Great job!

Been a wild experience that’s for sure… moved out here to a one bedroom then found out that we were having a baby then moved down stairs to a two bedroom. While at the two bedroom. My tires and rims got stolen off my car, my bike got stolen off my balcony, friends cars have gotten towed, but other than those, I still really enjoy living here, just gotta update the security here

John and Jeff with maintenance came and helped me super quick and gave some advice! Super nice guys and as I am a woman and was alone, i felt completely safe which matters! Thank yall

Nobody picks up there dog poop around here, the dog poop trash can next to my building hasn't been empty since I moved in and every time I walk by it smells like dog poop. A lot of things need to be fixed and aren't getting fixed. I was recommended this place and highly disappointed.

I have been at the Regalia Mansfield for 3 years and I love it! Very quiet, ducked off, and maintenance request are completed in a timely manner.

Use to be quiet and peaceful but now tenants listen to loud music outside at anytime. Trash is just left outside in trash bags instead of required trash can. I'll be moving soon as my lease is up

I moved in, in January and so far so good. Neighborhood is quiet.i have no complaints. The office staff is nice and maintenance crew is top notch

Staff is unprofessional and inconsiderate of residents needs, in which they don’t respond to emails in a timely manner. Maintenance requests aren’t resolved within a reasonable timeframe. There’s no sense of security, considering the gates are always broken and anyone can come & go as they please. The parking is terrible, so you may as well pay additional to ensure you have a parking spot.

We love it here. Nice and quiet neighbors. Office staff if awesome and helpful in so many ways. Maintenance people are amazing and the grounds are well kept.

Management is very nice here now. They are willing to work with you when times get tough. They answer the phone calls and receive emails with a response. A 1000x better than previous management company.

The young lady that answers the phone is awesome. I been here 4 years and my experience with the front office has been terrible. Thus young lady is a keeper so give her a raise.

This property has gone through 3 management changes since we’ve moved in. In my opinion the property is progressively getting worse. The breezeways are filthy, the dog bag bins are always overflowing with garbage, the property is always full of trash. There is NO PARKING ever! The manager had many of the available parking spots painted as reserved almost forcing you to pay for a spot in order to park! I do not recommend you move here!

I am pleased with how professional everyone is. I had an issue and the staff jumped right on it without delay. The staff is friendly and take the time to seeb about your needs.

Good communication and works with you if you fall on hard times. Great team. Answer the phone. Returns calls. Maintenance is fast on it as well.

Takes great care of us! Keeps things safe and clean. Will always recommend this place. Plenty of accommodations and extremely comfortable. Everyone is friendly.

This is a great place to live. We've lived here alittle over a year. I love the huge open floorplan with the amazing bar. I love just how clean the Community is. Great staff.

The experience was…. Not good earlier this year, but the change has been noticeable recently with the newer employees. There hasn’t been near as many sketchy activities occurring in recent months which is great. I notice the grounds are sometimes littered with trash, and the gym is often not cleaned up / equipment not put up by the prior people using it, but that’s not a reflection on the management. However, I think if the new team can crack down on the few bad apples and get the visitor rules / towing regulation under control, this place will be in really good shape.

Amazing customer service! Maintenance team is top tier! Friendly residents. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy while you are on the property. Outdoor grilling areas to enjoy with the family. Dog park for your fur babies. There is also a Playground for the little ones to enjoy the outdoors. Would recommend 10/10

My new home is very quite and serene, well manicured lawns. I am so pleased to be in this community. Looking forward to engaging in the community activity.

The beginning was a tad rough. Having management company changes shortly after moving in was not ideal and both sets of office staff was a challenge in the beginning. I like living here. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Sometimes I feel there are too many app changes and I hear we were going to an app to open the gate as well.

I think this is a nice community. I love the layout of the apartment homes. The things that I do not like would be the pest problems. The buildings need to be sprayed have been fighting ants since I first moved in can't get rid of them and I have a clean apartment And halls needs to be power washed more often .

It’s nothing to brag about I can say that. This property had went down since this new management company came alone. If you are considering this place my advice DON’T.

The office doesn't reply to emails. The gates have been wide open for over a month. The local, corporate office doesn't not answer their phone, return your call and occasionally does reply to emails. I was living in the apartment complex before Highmark took over this property.

Stop changing the online portal rentcafe was working just fine ! Start putting real money into the community By fixing the gate and upgrading equipment and features throughout the property.

Great experience. Me and girlfriends first place together and they made the experience as easy as possible. Top notch service, they made sure we were taking care of.

So far I’m loving my new place. It’s very spacious and beautiful inside and out. I plan on living here for a long time. May I also add that I love the pool view.

I have had a great experience so far. My maintenance request always get handled in a timely manner and I have never had any issues since I have been renting here and I am going on my second lease here.

I recently moved into my apartment. The location is great, which is close to all the amenities I need and has easy access . The management has been very responsive and helpful throughout the move-in process, addressing any concerns promptly. When I moved in, the apartment was spotless, which made settling in much more pleasant. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my new place and would recommend it to others.

I've had a great experience. Ashley in the leasing office has been amazing from day one working with my every want and need to help make sure I have the best experience and have the perfect home to fit my family needs. I'm super thankful that I got to work with her.

I’ve had bad experience here before but the property manager and her assistant did a great job in handling a situation I had in my apartment with a flooding issue. Kudos to those ladies!!!!!

Great apartments to live in. Right by the golf course and nice and quiet. You have eating places as well as grocery stores right down the street.

So far I love my experience here at regalia! We had an easy move in and leasing made the move so easy and accommodating. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars if because maintenance can be kind of slow but overall a great place to live!

The community is nice with a mixture of people of different backgrounds. The landscape and overall area beautification is exceptional. My interactions with the staff and other community residences have been very friendly and approachable. The parking could be better for guest and residence alike, however; thats a minor inconvenience. My family and I love it here and are glad we chose Regalia!

The surveillance (not having cameras placed AROUND the property) & the noise is what brings it down to three stars. Just because the “area” isn’t a high crime rate doesn’t mean you don’t need cameras. Crime happens any and everywhere & having cameras could prevent any future crime as well as make tenants feel safe!

Iv been here over a year and have never really had problems. I love the amenities offered and that the staff are super friendly and ready to work and handle problems. I feel super safe in my area and suggest it to everybody.

I really can’t wait for my lease to end, property management is very unprofessional. The property is dirty and not well kept! We as tenants are very poorly informed about incidents that happen on the property. The parking is absolutely horrible.

Things have improved these last few months, but there’s still been a few problems. I think the biggest thing currently is feeling safe, as there’s been a lot of crime related issues in the complex lately, like the shooting during May. That’s not exactly the fault of the management of course, but as a resident I felt like I should have received updates or at least a communication about the incident from the regalia email. The lack of updates from the property managers themselves is definitely stressful to deal with sometimes. I was having constant issues with my monthly bill being wrong for a bit too, but that seems to have gotten resolved with the help of the manager so that’s at least not occurring anymore! As always, maintenance has been amazing and very quick, so they’ve at least stayed constant. I recognize the effort the front office workers are putting in though, and I think the place is headed in a better direction.

I just recently moved in a week ago , and so far it's been great !! Big thank you to my leasing agent Ashley she was very patient and knowledgeable. Communication was great . I look forward to longevity here at Regalia

The complex overall is quiet and kept. I would say it’s a very nice and safe place to stay. If there is any room for improvement, it would be the communication. If you decide to come, ask them to explain the application waiver, because it’s not actually waived. It’s included in your rent every month, It should be called “waiver.” Also, maintenance has closed two work orders without any communication about whether the appliances would be fixed.

I give this property 1 star. If I could give it NO STARS I definitely would. I wouldn’t recommend SATAN THE DEVIL to this property. The management team is horrible. Ashley is ok but she can’t answer no questions so why is she answering the phones they could pay my teenage daughter to answer the phone and do nothing just a sad representation.

Trying to transfer apartments has been a nightmare. I have had to call my movers, furniture delivery, electricity company, change of address .... people 3 times to change the date and times. I took off 3 days to move of which it didn't happen. I've had to pay the full month of pest control, trash valet, pet rent at both apartments. The pool is closed again. It looks like the black mold is back.

I enjoy living here. It’s quiet for the most part. People are nice and my home is cozy. The maintenance crew is fast and reliable. I am ready for the pool to be open.

I love my apartment. The community manager is great and Derrick is a great maintenance supervisor. Work orders are always completed within a timely manner, the grounds are clean, and it stays pretty quiet. If my upstairs neighbor didn't sound like they were bouncing a bowling ball every day and every night, I would have given this place 5 stars!

The office staff does not communicate well at all and they seem to not care about anything you request or need done. It’s not peaceful they allow any kind of breeds with no restrictions I feel like I’m living in a dog kennel. Literally the dogs have more cushion than the humans living here paying the rent. Maintenance request are slow very slow, pest control is a joke the guy came to spray and had a can of pesticide are you serious I could have handled that myself. They have cabana’s the only one that’s presentable is the one in front by the office . The others are dirty furniture old and filthy the gas grills don’t work. Long story short improvements are needed.

I love my community. Office stay , maintenance staff and neighbors are amazing . I honestly have not a complaint. From day 1 I’ve been treated well and if I have had any issues in my home they move quickly and very responsive. Thanks Regalia Family

The whole process from walking in to leasing, to moving in, was such a breeze. Ashley, in the front office, is so helpful and welcoming, and the community maintains such wonderful communication. Maintenance answers quickly and everything is followed up so you're aware when it's been completed. The apartments are beautiful and I've just honestly been so grateful to call this community home.

It is very quiet here. I like the privacy. It is in a great location. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend for new residents

Overall the community is nice and quiet. The front staff are pleasant, but sometimes there is a breakdown of communication as far as being detailed about certain things. There are times where you can tell they do not want to be bothered, but I have never witnessed them been rude. Maintenance comes at a pretty reasonable time after a work order is placed. If there was anything I can say I don’t like is the extra fees. One in particular that we weren’t aware about was the application waiver fee. That was not disclosed that the application fee would be included in the rent if waived. I would have paid up front instead of paying $21 a month in addition to the rent and the other fees.
