Regalia Mansfield Apartments

I am loving Regalia Mansfield and how you get rewards each time you are on time with your rent lol. but the fact I have to call on mantaince to fix stuff is what I am not enjoying.

I will say this I been here for years and the office staff is the best. They are prompt in every way and I can appreciate that because this isn’t normal here in Texas.

I have had an overall great experience and have been here 2 years. My maintenance issues were always handled in a timely mannner and I feel like the grounds have been kept clean.

Move-in was smooth and stress-free. The leasing office kept me updated every step of the way, paperwork was handled quickly, and keys were ready when promised. The apartment was clean and move-in ready, with everything in good working order. The staff was welcoming and answered my questions promptly, which made the whole process feel easy. So far, I’m impressed with how organized and professional everything has been.

Had a bad first few weeks but Laura definitely helped and made things so much better! We had a very smooth move in everyone made it super easy! Just make sure you do a walk through!

I love the sense of community here! I'm really happy with my choice. The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, with plenty of natural light. I particularly love the modern kitchen and the in-unit laundry. The building also has a great gym. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. The management team is very responsive and addresses any maintenance requests quickly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. The apartment is spacious, well-lit, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, making cooking a pleasure. I highly recommend this apartment comp.

Our move in process went really well! Nice and quiet! Ebony help us as much as she was able to, she seem to have a lot on her hands but still was able to make us feel comfortable!

Moving in was a pretty easy process. I love it. After you clean and wipe everything down it’s amazing. Spacious apartment but they definitely need new cleaners.

When I first moved in at the Regalia, I was super excited! I fell in love with my unit. The floor plan was everything that I wanted! But this has been by far the worst experience in apartment living that I have ever had and has continued to get worst since moving in in April. Starting with appliances not working to major water leaks and black mold growing on the walls.

I've only been here 2 months but it seems to be a nice community. The grounds are clean and quiet. My apartment faces the highway so I get to see some really pretty sunsets.

I really like the community so far. Very quiet, nice, and mostly well-kept. My only issue so far is the unit I moved into was not prepared well for move-in. First it was unlocked when I moved in and smelled like someone legit smoked a blunt 30 minutes before. It was not very well cleaned. Lots of water damage to the cabinets, A/C did not work, broken cabinet doors, strong smoke odor, and other random things here and there that should’ve been handled before move-in that were not. Management has been great so far though. I don’t regret moving in here!

The application and move in process was really easy. I toured a 2bed/2bath with Ebony. She was nice and professional. I'm happy with the unit so far. The only issue I've had is finding a parking space near my apartment.

Iv lived here several years now. With no major complaints. Staff is friendly. The maintenance is fast. The amenities are excellent. I feel safe in my building and my neighbors are all pretty much to themselves and quite. Super happy being here! Great job!

Been a wild experience that’s for sure… moved out here to a one bedroom then found out that we were having a baby then moved down stairs to a two bedroom. While at the two bedroom. My tires and rims got stolen off my car, my bike got stolen off my balcony, friends cars have gotten towed, but other than those, I still really enjoy living here, just gotta update the security here

John and Jeff with maintenance came and helped me super quick and gave some advice! Super nice guys and as I am a woman and was alone, i felt completely safe which matters! Thank yall

Very awesome management team. Very nice and always willing to work with you when hard times hit as long as you let them know your situation.

Nobody picks up there dog poop around here, the dog poop trash can next to my building hasn't been empty since I moved in and every time I walk by it smells like dog poop. A lot of things need to be fixed and aren't getting fixed. I was recommended this place and highly disappointed.

I have been at the Regalia Mansfield for 3 years and I love it! Very quiet, ducked off, and maintenance request are completed in a timely manner.

Use to be quiet and peaceful but now tenants listen to loud music outside at anytime. Trash is just left outside in trash bags instead of required trash can. I'll be moving soon as my lease is up

I moved in, in January and so far so good. Neighborhood is quiet.i have no complaints. The office staff is nice and maintenance crew is top notch

Staff is unprofessional and inconsiderate of residents needs, in which they don’t respond to emails in a timely manner. Maintenance requests aren’t resolved within a reasonable timeframe. There’s no sense of security, considering the gates are always broken and anyone can come & go as they please. The parking is terrible, so you may as well pay additional to ensure you have a parking spot.

We love it here. Nice and quiet neighbors. Office staff if awesome and helpful in so many ways. Maintenance people are amazing and the grounds are well kept.

Management is very nice here now. They are willing to work with you when times get tough. They answer the phone calls and receive emails with a response. A 1000x better than previous management company.

The young lady that answers the phone is awesome. I been here 4 years and my experience with the front office has been terrible. Thus young lady is a keeper so give her a raise.

This property has gone through 3 management changes since we’ve moved in. In my opinion the property is progressively getting worse. The breezeways are filthy, the dog bag bins are always overflowing with garbage, the property is always full of trash. There is NO PARKING ever! The manager had many of the available parking spots painted as reserved almost forcing you to pay for a spot in order to park! I do not recommend you move here!

I am pleased with how professional everyone is. I had an issue and the staff jumped right on it without delay. The staff is friendly and take the time to seeb about your needs.

Good communication and works with you if you fall on hard times. Great team. Answer the phone. Returns calls. Maintenance is fast on it as well.

Takes great care of us! Keeps things safe and clean. Will always recommend this place. Plenty of accommodations and extremely comfortable. Everyone is friendly.

This is a great place to live. We've lived here alittle over a year. I love the huge open floorplan with the amazing bar. I love just how clean the Community is. Great staff.

The experience was…. Not good earlier this year, but the change has been noticeable recently with the newer employees. There hasn’t been near as many sketchy activities occurring in recent months which is great. I notice the grounds are sometimes littered with trash, and the gym is often not cleaned up / equipment not put up by the prior people using it, but that’s not a reflection on the management. However, I think if the new team can crack down on the few bad apples and get the visitor rules / towing regulation under control, this place will be in really good shape.

Amazing customer service! Maintenance team is top tier! Friendly residents. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy while you are on the property. Outdoor grilling areas to enjoy with the family. Dog park for your fur babies. There is also a Playground for the little ones to enjoy the outdoors. Would recommend 10/10

My new home is very quite and serene, well manicured lawns. I am so pleased to be in this community. Looking forward to engaging in the community activity.

The beginning was a tad rough. Having management company changes shortly after moving in was not ideal and both sets of office staff was a challenge in the beginning. I like living here. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Sometimes I feel there are too many app changes and I hear we were going to an app to open the gate as well.

I think this is a nice community. I love the layout of the apartment homes. The things that I do not like would be the pest problems. The buildings need to be sprayed have been fighting ants since I first moved in can't get rid of them and I have a clean apartment And halls needs to be power washed more often .

It’s nothing to brag about I can say that. This property had went down since this new management company came alone. If you are considering this place my advice DON’T.

The office doesn't reply to emails. The gates have been wide open for over a month. The local, corporate office doesn't not answer their phone, return your call and occasionally does reply to emails. I was living in the apartment complex before Highmark took over this property.

Stop changing the online portal rentcafe was working just fine ! Start putting real money into the community By fixing the gate and upgrading equipment and features throughout the property.

Great experience. Me and girlfriends first place together and they made the experience as easy as possible. Top notch service, they made sure we were taking care of.

So far I’m loving my new place. It’s very spacious and beautiful inside and out. I plan on living here for a long time. May I also add that I love the pool view.

I have had a great experience so far. My maintenance request always get handled in a timely manner and I have never had any issues since I have been renting here and I am going on my second lease here.

I recently moved into my apartment. The location is great, which is close to all the amenities I need and has easy access . The management has been very responsive and helpful throughout the move-in process, addressing any concerns promptly. When I moved in, the apartment was spotless, which made settling in much more pleasant. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my new place and would recommend it to others.

I've had a great experience. Ashley in the leasing office has been amazing from day one working with my every want and need to help make sure I have the best experience and have the perfect home to fit my family needs. I'm super thankful that I got to work with her.

I’ve had bad experience here before but the property manager and her assistant did a great job in handling a situation I had in my apartment with a flooding issue. Kudos to those ladies!!!!!

Great apartments to live in. Right by the golf course and nice and quiet. You have eating places as well as grocery stores right down the street.

So far I love my experience here at regalia! We had an easy move in and leasing made the move so easy and accommodating. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars if because maintenance can be kind of slow but overall a great place to live!

The community is nice with a mixture of people of different backgrounds. The landscape and overall area beautification is exceptional. My interactions with the staff and other community residences have been very friendly and approachable. The parking could be better for guest and residence alike, however; thats a minor inconvenience. My family and I love it here and are glad we chose Regalia!

The surveillance (not having cameras placed AROUND the property) & the noise is what brings it down to three stars. Just because the “area” isn’t a high crime rate doesn’t mean you don’t need cameras. Crime happens any and everywhere & having cameras could prevent any future crime as well as make tenants feel safe!

Iv been here over a year and have never really had problems. I love the amenities offered and that the staff are super friendly and ready to work and handle problems. I feel super safe in my area and suggest it to everybody.
