A major suburb of Austin, Cedar Park gets you right into the area without having to live in the big city. Beautiful and peaceful living. I love my apartment. The staff is very friendly and maintenance takes care of business when needed. The residents are kind and respectful. I don't see any dog poop or trash anywhere around the property. Very clean.

I enjoy taking walks around the property it's peaceful and the other residents are friendly. It's close to the parks that my kids frequent with their friends. Also QT is a 5 min walk. The pool is a nice place to unwind. I've been impressed with how clean the grounds are.

Staff great, maintenance staff even better. The community of people? trash. Seems like people only care about themselves. People constantly stomping when living on top floors, kids running around cussing with no parent watch, people just pulling out and parking in designated no Park zones.

Enjoying every aspect of living at Regal Parc. The pool and playground are perfect for my kids. I enjoy the open access to the gym. Also the location is quiet escape from the city but still close with easy access to the highways.

I really enjoy living at this complex, it’s peaceful, calm and pleasant. One thing I do not like is the valet trash service. If you want to lease an apartment here you’re not able to opt out of that service. However, the time window for trash pick up is when I am not at home most days. So I feel like I’m paying for a service that I don’t get to use.

Safety is my main concern. Its pretty safe here. The older apartments should be upgraded to match the ones in the rear. Long time renters should have some type of perk for renewal

I’ve lived in this complex for about 9 years. It’s in a great location and environment. Another reason I enjoy living here is the office staff and maintenance people. I recently needed my faucet and light bulbs replaced. Carlos and the maintenance staff were very helpful and quick to fix my issues. Edith and Molly are always very helpful for any questions I need answered. It is a family oriented and safe place to live.

The apartment itself is nice - Pools been closed a while now with no info from office. Edith bullies a lot of the tenants, so much so that a lot of people don’t even like calling in to ask questions or for help. No places for adults and their kids to lock up bicycles and or scooters but office will inspect your porch and if you have even just one thing that doesn’t fall within what’s allowed on your porch from the lease you get fined. Including a child’s bike. Every building has 3 floors but no elevators in sight. Trash compactor is still broken. My neighbor has trash in front of their front door but it’s the porches that matter more I guess? Each spring the 2nd and 3rd floors of every phase two building become the perfect homes for birds of all kinds. So that means every walkway is covered in bird poop from spring until whenever you beg enough for them to come pressure wash. Charged a monthly pest control fee but I have never seen a single person spray down any part of my building.

Our compactor is currently under repair, but we do have a temporary container available for residents. Power washing is scheduled but may be delayed due to water restrictions and weather conditions. We actively monitor valet trash service, but unfortunately, not all residents comply with the guidelines. If there is something we missed, we apologize and will address the issue. Pest control services are available every Monday, and we’d be happy to add your home to the list—please submit a request through the app. Additionally, we offer storage units and garages for extra space if needed. Please reach out to us at (512) 249-0490 so we may assist you in moving forward towards a resolution.
We’re living this place almost 4 years. We are living comfortably. Haven’t seen any major issues yet. Very quiet and peaceful place for families.

I love the apartment it’s so beautiful and the office ladies are so nice. The gym is beautiful and I like the fact that there’s a park right next to my apartment for when my grand daughter is older I can take her to the park.

I've been living at Regal Parc Apartments for about a year now, and it's been a great.The apartments are spacious, and I love the modern finishes. The amenities, like the pool and gym, are great and always well-maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive to any issues, and the community is generally quiet. It's also in a fantastic location, with HEB close and restaurants to me. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to live here!

Maintenance here is absolutely amazing. They respond to emergencies usually within the hour during the day. Non-emergencies are usually handled within 72 hours. Absolutely wonderful guys and really appreciate them.

The staff here are determined to find you the perfect apartment and they did for me and my little ones. Debbie, Edith and Molly have been extremely welcoming. They were able to get me moved in within a few days. My apartment is beautiful with spacious rooms and patios. Any concerns(leaking shower, flooring, missing trash bin, adding a garage) I had within move in have been met with kindness and handled within a day or so. The pool, gym and hot chocolate bar are a few of the amenities to look forward to. My kids and I are happy with our decision to move here. You will be too!

Very happy here at Regal Parc. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon my move in, with only a few minor needed adjustments. The office staff was extremely helpful in getting me settled in. Both Molly and Debbie were very professional and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns quickly. I would gladly recommend Regal Par to anyone looking to rent in this area.

I went in for a tour and found a beautiful three bedroom apartment. I love the spacious kitchen. I was greeted Molly who was very friendly and was easy to talk to Very professional and gave plenty of details of the apartments and townhomes, and answered any questions I had. I'm excited to make Regal Parc my new home.

Beautiful apartment and community. Glad to be here. The surrounding area has a lot of good spots to visit and a big shopping plaza right off 183 when you’re looking to spend some money.

The back door faces west, every evening we are treated with a beautiful sunset. Living here has been great and the management is friendly and responsive.

Noise levels are generally low, life is peaceful. Overall have not had any unresolvable problems. Grounds are well maintained, on site maintenance is really nice. Neighbors pretty much keep to themselves.

Moved in July 2024 and its been a very quiet and well maintained complex. Prompt when it comes to maintenance requests. They have a convenient app to send messages to staff if needed, send maintenance requests also make online rent payments the only thing I dislike is the convenience fee required to pay online is a little much.

Everyone has been kind and helpful with anything I may need since moving in to Regal Parc. The complex grounds are well maintained by the staff and the leasing office will answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.
