Redbird Village Apartments

We’ve been here for about three years now and compared to our last apartment place, this is by far hands above and beyond other apartments. Who else has great staff from the office right on down to the maintenance and garden staff. “Kinda like Cheers where every one knows your name “ and they don’t just know your name they know where you live. The owners are sweet and funny people who care about their residents. I love how friendly all the residents are and are willing to help out their neighbors. Five star place!

I've lived at Red Bird Village over twenty years. I stay year after year because of the "Home" atmosphere. The property is kept in immaculate shape, when repairs are necessary, they are done quickly and efficiently. Most of all I stay because the staff are sincerely caring. This is not just my apartment, it is my home.

The office staff is so professional and genuinely care about me and my family. The maintenance team is very experienced and have always fixed any problems I’ve had on the same day or next day! They know our names. Other apartments just know your apartment number. I love each staff member so much! I would even trust them to watch my child!! I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. It’s an older property but very well-taken care of. If you request something to be fixed, it’s fixed or replaced. We are blessed to be so well taken care of here. My neighbors are my family. This is my home.

By far, the best apartment home I’ve ever lived in! Everything about Redbird Village is wonderful- the friendly maintenance complete work orders within 24 hours and the office staff is very helpful and so kind. Most residents have lived here for a long time and living here, you’ll see why. Redbird Village is Duncanville’s hidden treasure!

This property was a God sent for me and my family. The people here are great and friend family. The grounds are kept very well. And the service response is awesome. Great place to call home! We'll be here forever, love it here!!!

I have lived here over a year. My mother has lived here over 10 years. It's a family friendly community. Very clean. Yes, they are older apartments, but they are slowly updating the interiors. Mine had all laminate/wood flooring and 2 tone paint. The only downside is no w/d connections in the apartments. But the laundry room is secure and very clean. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue, they've addressed it immediately. The mgmt knows me by first name and are very friendly. The rent is VERY reasonable and a big plus: Electric and Water are included in your rent payment.

Love the space and lovely gardens to walk to. Friendly neighbors are a plus! Numerous times I have had to have special delivery meds and they sign for them and put them in my apartment. I can't say enough about how helpful the staff is. I have never waited for anything to be repaired, it is always repaired immediately. Red Bird Village is the place to rent!

I have lived here for the past 13 years. My Parents lived here also. I have wonderful neighbors and everyone around here is like family. Mostly seniors and very quite, I could not ask for a better place to call home. Office and maintenance staff work hard to provide us with a high standard of living.
