Wellington Medford is a neighborhood along the Mystic River about five miles north of Boston. The neighborhood is a mix of commercial developments and residential areas, and renters have the choice of several modern apartments and condos to choose from. Large Units, Great Staff

We have lived in the building for 2 years and have really enjoyed it. The units are larger than average, have newer efficient appliances and tall ceilings that make the space feel even bigger. The amenities have been so nice to have especially the pizza oven and grills and they are never too crowded to use. The property management staff is extremely kind and the maintenance staff is fast to repair and very respectful and polite.

Helpful Leasing Office and Smooth Resolution

We moved in about a week ago and were really disappointed to find the bedroom carpet full of embedded dust and pet dander. As someone with a long history of allergies, this caused strong reactions that affected both my daily life and work. Honestly, it was frustrating and upsetting to move into a new apartment only to face this. We reported the issue to the leasing office right away, and Carlo was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. He guided us through the accommodation request, kept us updated every step of the way, and reassured us that the issue would be resolved. Thanks to Carlo and Jose, the carpet replacement was scheduled within just five business days of reporting the problem. Dana at the front desk was also very kind and understanding. Maintenance tickets are also addressed promptly. We're really glad the team took our concerns seriously and acted quickly — it made a big difference in our experience here. This is why I’m giving five stars, because they truly earned it.

Bright, comfortable and modern

RE150 has been a great place to live for almost 4 years! While no apartment complex is perfect, the positives far outweigh any negatives. The things I’ve come to appreciate are: • Units are bright with large windows and high ceilings. The modern appliances and design esthetic are appealing. The large bathrooms are very nice. • Fair and responsive property managers. Maintenance has been extremely helpful and professional. • A nice lobby, gym and building perimeter. The trash rooms are tended to regularly throughout the week and any clogs in the chutes are cleared quickly. • Parking – while not fully managed by RE150 alone – is abundant. You will not have to fight for a space. That is NOT the case down the street at Assembly Row. RE150 is very reasonable about visitor parking within the covered garage. And that covering is important for preserving and protecting your vehicle during the fluctuating seasons. • Pets are allowed and RE150 is pet friendly in general (pet cleaning station, pet of the month pics). But it is very vigilant about residents keeping their dogs on leashes in common areas, including hallways. • The daily shuttle to the Wellington T Station is super helpful, especially in the cold or heat of the morning. A walk to the to the T, should you do that, is only about 10 minutes on a flat sidewalk. My only complaints are minor: • The building keycard system (which might be an older model) works but can be slow to recognize fob keys. There have been glitches at the main door and garage gates on rare occasion. But the key to my actual unit is simpler and has never failed to work. • The hallways are clean but with no windows and a blue carpet it’s darker than most buildings. The hallways are an odd contrast to the units themselves. • The closets are higher than they are deep, though still far larger overall than you might get at many other buildings nearby. Still, you’ll need a step stool to fully utilize them. This is a really nice building that I feel very comfortable in. I’m happy to call it my home!

Great place to live!

Living at RE150 has been an amazing experience! The management team is friendly, professional, and always responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The location is great - includes easy access to the city and a peaceful setting along the scenic Malden River. The building is clean and well-maintained, with great amenities—including a beautiful pool area that's perfect for relaxing in the summer. Highly recommend!

Great apartment for young professionals in Boston

Great amenities, conscientious management group and just a short (and enjoyable) walk to the orange line. I work in downtown Boston and my commute is less than 25 minutes door to door.

Wonderful apartment!

Been here for half year, every one is very nice and helpful. It's a full-equipped apt that has everything you need. Dog friendly place and has park next to the apt so that you can walk the dog and have fun there. loving it!

Management & Maintenance employees are great

Wife and I have lived here for almost a year. The manager Mark is excellent along with the maintenance team. They are very responsive and have taken care of all our needs and resolved any issues without problem. The complex is clean and amenities are spacious, especially the gym in comparison to other apartments. There's also lots of nature behind the complex including a scenic trail by the water. Highly recommend this appt complex if the same management team is still here.

Best place to live

My husband and I absolutely love living here—it’s been such a great experience. The management team is amazing, especially Mark, who has been super responsive and always goes out of his way to help resolve any issues and follow up with us. Maintenance is also fantastic—the few requests we’ve made have been handled quickly and efficiently. The entire property is always clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciate. The location is another huge plus. There’s a beautiful trail and a lake right behind the building and having a market right downstairs is also such a lifesaver when we need to grab last-minute groceries or cooking essentials. The shuttle and study rooms are also very convenient. Overall, this place has been absolutely perfect.

Great place to live

We've been here for a few years now. The building is clean and well-maintained. The gym has a variety of equipment and the park just outside is perfect for walks. The location is convenient. Walking distance to the Wellington station and close to many grocery stores. I really appreciate how the office team organizes the mail room. They make it easy to locate packages and it's super helpful during the holidays. Great place to live!

I love living here

I have lived here for almost a year, and the staff have gone above and beyond from day one. Having lived at Apartment Building RE150 for a year, I can confidently say it's been an absolute joy. The cleanliness here is outstanding, making every day feel fresh and inviting. The staff are like super kind, always greeting me with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They handle work orders with lightning speed. All my problems are fixed in 1 or 2 days. Love it here!!!

My boyfriend and I moved into our apartment at RE150 in January and have had a great experience so far! The apartment complex is always clean, including the gym. It’s in a great location. The thing I love the most is the high ceilings and natural lighting. We hardly have the lights on because the windows bring in so much natural light. It’s awesome! Can’t say enough good things about RE150. Looking forward to having the pool open in the next few months!

Great place to live

We've had a great experience at RE150 for the last 2 years. Complex is located next to a park in a quiet neighborhood within a 15min walk from the Welllington T station. A free shuttle service also goes to the T stop during weekday commuting hours. Apartment is spacious with good natural lighting, high ceilings, and newer fixtures/appliances. Maintenance team is very responsive to requests and management is well-run with Mark and team.

Hidden Gem

Hidden Gem in Medford. Tough to find "newer" development in the Boston Area at a decent price. Modern Design with amazing amenities!! We compared several apartments in the surrounding area and decided to live here because of the nice environment, amenities (amazing updated gym), monthly events, maintenance team, convenience to nearby stores like Costco & Wegmans. We had a pleasant touring and leasing experience with Kathleen who was amazing. She was honest, truthfully and made the whole experience easy and straightforward. No matter what mood you are in, when you walk in the leasing office Lakara is waiting for you with a big smile on her face and friendly personality!! The management folks have always been tremendously welcoming and in particular Lakara, Kathleen & Mark gone out of their way on multiple occasions to help me out, especially since I broke my leg. My only negative aspect of the whole building is the lack of accessibility doors in the leasing office.

Love living at RE150!

Living at RE150 has been a great experience! We have lived here for a few years now and we love the building. The location is great, it's close to both the highway and the T while still having plenty of greenspace in the adjacent park. This is the perfect place to have a dog too! Plenty of other dogs to play with and the park is great for walks. Everyone is incredibly friendly here, and we love the front desk staff! They are so helpful and kind. Shoutout to Mark, Lakara, and Kathleen! Our apartment is big with lots of natural light, ample closet space, and any maintenance requests we have are completed very quickly. Highly recommend living at RE150!

Convenient, clean, fancy

It has everything you needed. There is a shuttle that takes you to the T station, the parking spaces are sufficient, and there are shops and restaurants nearby for thise who drive. The units are spacious so it is worth your money!

great place to live

RE150 offers a very convenient location- close to so many grocery stores, Starbucks, and other food places. It is also close to a T station with shuttles in the morning and evening. Depending on traffic 15-40 minutes to Boston/Cambridge areas. Great gym that is open 24/7. But the best part is the staff, especially Lakara. She is always smiling, welcoming, professional, courteous and willing to help in a heartbeat. I'm so glad I moved here.

The perfect place to call home!

It took one tour to know RE150 was the perfect place for my family. It had everything we were looking for including: 1. Dog-friendly apartment with a grooming station 2. Convenient location if you work in or want to be close to Boston proper (with shuttle service to shield you from bad weather and minimize commute time) 3. A pool with a great outdoor space with a grill and pizza oven 4. Units with nicely sized balconies 5. A gym open 24/7 6. Amazing staff that makes RE150 always feel warm and inviting, and ensures all issues are handled swiftly. I’m so happy we chose to live here and look forward to many more years here!

Pros: 1. Very nice, approachable staff who were willing to provide help when I reached out 2. Convenient location with free parking for the 1st car and a free shuttle to the T stations 3. Reasonable prices at the time when I signed the lease 4. Good layout of the room with ample sunlight Cons: 1. The fiber optics cable was broken in my unit prior to my move-in, preventing me from actually moving in for around three weeks, during which time I had to seek other accommodations. Tried 2 ISPs (Xfinity and Fios) and had 5 technicians looking at the issue. The last Fios technician was able to resolve the problem for me. 2. I've moved in for one week and have had two fire alarms in the middle of the night -- one around 11pm, another around 3am.

RE150 is an excellent choice of home. The apartments have a beautiful, homely finish of the interiors and nice building exteriors as well. It offers great value for the cost compared to similar apartments in Boston. I love the all inclusive perks such as the neigborhood, free shuttle service for proximity to train station, nice park, building restaurant and convenient grocery store, lease and look concession, free guest parking. These are the things that separated RE150 from other apartment buildings I've seen or toured. Feels like a resort sometimes except that it's really my home. The response to maintenance request is also prompt and there is order with pets always on a leash. Leasing agents nice and cordial. I recommend RE150 for value for money.

Moving into RE150 turned my hope for a secure living space into a nightmare, evident in the complex's profit-driven motives and blatant disregard for residents' well-being. Inadequate security measures, poorly lit areas, and unaddressed noise disruptions create an environment conducive to potential criminal activity. RE150 is a beautiful complex…Unfortunately some tenants have made it not so pleasant. Example (very loud music blaring, slamming things random periods through the morning and night especially during weekdays, heavy marijuana smell seeping into my apartment and hallways that guest over have asked if I smoke. And lastly the system that allows you to enter the building from either phone or key fob tends to fail quiet a lot.

Pool was closed all summer. Grills were closed all summer. Apartment patios were suddenly closed with minimal notice. No rent concessions even though we lost 50sq ft of our living space to the patio closures. We are moving out. Not worth the constant rent hikes and reduction of amenities. Management was changed due to all of the mismanagement of the situation I’m sure. Why do all this work in the summer when people use those amenities during the spring/summer?

Hi, wish you would have come by the office to discuss your concerns. The pool indeed was closed June and July due to the repairs. The pool is now open and ready to use. The grills were available after 5:00pm every day and all weekend. A Community email did go out about this. Sorry if you didn't receive.
