North Phoenix refers to the vast swath of land that stretches from Bethany Home Road up towards the Phoenix mountains. Bounded to the east by State Route 51 and to the west by 51st Avenue, North Phoenix is home a slew of diverse communities and neighborhoods all offering a variety of rentals ranging from the upscale to the more affordable. There are numerous golf courses and of course the mountains that offer residents a number of outdoor activities to engage in. Property Ratings at Raystone
we just moved in and upon move in they promised us to have things fixed and a door put in to cover our water heater and none of that was fixed before we officially moved in. Washer doesn’t work correctly because they didn’t correctly attach the hoses to the right spots so we have no cold water and our clothes shrink. Our AC leaked and caused water damage to our cabinets and personal belongings, vents are broken and the apartment itself was not cleaned before move in. Even after talking with management we are still waiting to get these things fixed. The hidden fees are outrageous for how poor this complex is put together. Take your time to fully look at this place BEFORE signing the lease
It was a complete and absolute utter atrocity. Cockroaches coming up drains, on the walls, in the shower, the kitchen. Front door did not close, it needed to be deadbolted, and the wood was rotting off around the deadbolt to the point the 'bolt' was visible when the door was closed. The photos of the units are NOTHING like what they actually look like. Everything is coated in the classic "landlord-special" where everything gets a nice disgusting yellowed-beige glaze. There was one single light in the entire apartment, and no ceiling fans. The shower did not work, but that was okay with me because the water from the sinks smelled sour and nasty. Unfortunately for you, that means I did not taste test it, so I cannot report on the taste! My brand new fresh-from-the-dealer car had an attempted break-in, and the bottom of the door got bent open. The lighting in the area at night is very very low, and does not feel safe. The gate does not work, so homeless from around the area can waltz right on in. This literally isn't even all of it. It's really actually awful.
there was a lot of dog poop just sitting there for days they were constantly shutting the water off its not a gated community but they do have some pros to their complex

The property isn’t maintained well, they do landscaping maybe once a month. There are cigarette buds all over, broken glass in the gravel, the dog waste areas run out of poop bags often and are not refilled quickly. They advertise amenities but the gym is locked and can only be accessed when the office is open. A lot of homeless come into the property digging in trash or sleeping in the back area. Taurus Holdings is who owns this property with the goal of getting a piece of the hot market. This is a low income area and they are pricing people out just for greed. Their cost isn’t worth it. Also the front gates don’t work. Everything advertised on their website is false or not the full truth

Gabriela And Tawny are some of the nicest people I’ve ever come in contact with here in AZ. I moved in 3 years ago and would recommend Pointe Vista as a place too live.
This place is great! The property is clean and nicely maintained. The manager, Ms. Gabriela is very helpful and will address any concerns immediately. Apartments are roomy and spacious. I love the washers and dryers in each apartment. But most of all, there are no roaches!
Not sure what the deal is with these other reviews but, in the two years I've been here, I think it's a wonderful community! Gabriela has really turned the property around and made great changes to what used to be a lack luster complex. Don't pay attention to all these haters, most of them were probably trash that was cleaned out for good reason. 5-stars MEB. You guys rock!
EVERY SINCE THE NEW MANAGEMENT HAS TAKEN OVER THE PLACE LOOKS LIKE A DUMP. THE FIX NOTHING, THERE ARE SO MANY EMPTY APARTMENTS AND THE WATER IS OFF CONTINUALLY. THE PLACE IS OLD AND RUNDOWN. AT LEAST THE FORMER MANAGEMENT COMPANY CARED ABOUT THE PLACE.
5 months ago under the old management, I would have told anyone to sign a lease here. It was one of the last nice gated communities in the area. DO NOT sign a lease here now though. Ever since MEB Management took over, this place is a complete joke. The management cares about absolutely nothing. She is signing leases to people that allow FELONS to live on site (CRIME FREE COMMUNITY??????). The police are in the complex nightly, for numerous reasons. There are tweakers that allow people not on their lease to live with them and then fights break out at all hours of the day and night. Homeless people sleep on the balconies of those that face the abandoned golf course. The kids around the complex destroy the property and instead of issuing notices to tenants about their kids, it gets swept under the rug. They aren't replacing the carpet in previously rented units but instead just having them shampooed by some shotty no name company. TONS of sketchy people coming and going through the complex at night. I had bikes stolen off my SECOND STORY balcony. “Security” is a complete joke as well. They are never on site when needed and when you call them, it takes up to 2 hrs sometimes before they can get someone there to address concerns. The new management hasn’t fixed the gates that do provide what little protection the tenants do have with them. The units are poorly built so if you have rude or inconsiderate neighbors that blast their music at night, don’t expect to get any sleep or reprieve from management. I have someone that lives below me, blasting music in their bedroom but because we are an end unit and their room is in the back corner, it doesn’t bother anyone but me…so I was told by management that I am RACIST and taking things PERSONAL! Completely poor management and she wonders why other property management companies fired her, she runs everything she gets her hands on into the ground! The only saving grace this lady has is her maintenance staff. They are both so nice and do a great job trying to keep the place clean. I never had maintenance issues that I needed them to handle because most of the time we just fixed it ourselves. Our unit didn’t have bug issues but we have several friends around the poor area that complain of cock roaches. MEB is running this property into the ground just like everything else in the area.
Great Place to live.. Apartments have great space. Most of the apartments have washer and driver. Gated community warm people great pool area. not many apartments , but if you call they will get back to you in timely manner.
