The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Randolph Park
Firstly, the reviews below seem like they most likely been initiated by Randolph Park management which is owned by Northland Investment Corp. I was attracted to this apartment due to the time it would give me to find a house to buy within the area and the low cost as advertised, I honestly can say this was a mistake. The location is good but it does not compensate for the lack of attentiveness and professionalism from the staff. The grounds are a dump and don't bet on anything getting fixed. Enter a ticket and the staff will tell you everything is sub-contracted so it takes months to fix anything. Solicitors roaming on a weekly basis with scams. The only time you are notified of anything is if the office is closed. The plumbing is absolutely horrible, meaning clogged drains and times of extreme heat and cold without a moments notice in the shower. From a young respectable professional who doesn't write reviews like this, DO NOT live here. It is more beneficial to find a smaller place a mile up the road in Elizabeth. Please take my advice.
Enjoy living here! everyone is great, neighbors, children and the community. I love the space and the yard.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we are very happy to hear you are enjoying Randolph Park!
This is a good place to live for those who don't drive. Everything you need is within walking distance. And there's a city bus stop right by the entrance to the complex. For summer fun, there are two swimming pools conveniently located for everyone to share, with plenty of lounge chairs. The maintenance crew here is exceptionally good. When you need something looked at or fixed, they are on top of it, quick. The only complaint I have here is with the rent going up every year. According to the market, rent increases either a little or not so little. But without fail, it will go up each year.
