I absolutely love my apartment! The neighbors are great and the complex is very pet friendly! I would love it if maintenance would clean the hallways and stairs to building 5 because it could use a good scrub.

Living here has been great. We never have anything complaints, everyone is very nice and friendly and I never have to worry about much happening when we are not home.

I have an AC that has not functioned properly since we moved in a year ago. Parking is full all of the time and to make it worse the school next door has parents that park over here in our parking and the front office along with the school have done nothing.

Just submitted our renewal for our lease here in Ranchstone. We have enjoyed our time here. We've had excellent communication with staff and the maintenance team. Thank you all, and looking forward to many years here.

Good overall experience. The apartment is spacious and well-lit, with modern appliances and a comfortable layout. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the neighbors were friendly. Parking can be a little tight at times, but overall it’s a great place to live.

I love my apartment and I love this area. This team really does do everything they can to make this the best place to live! Well kept and clean and all staff is so helpful and kind!

The whole rental process has been exceptional. The staff have been thoughtful, considerate and thorough in communications. I’m looking forward to being a resident.

Wonderful apartment complex with great staff! They were always very helpful and responsive to maintenance calls, They are very pet friendly and were amazing to my puppy.

This complex is going downhill. The parking lot is a mess, there is no insect control even though it's paid for monthly and the landscaping is a mess. It's too expensive for the age and needed upgrades

I appreciate the professionalism of the maintenance staff. They are timely, experienced and very rarely do I need to resubmit the ticket. Best part is nothing really breaks so I do not need to submit requests. My only complain is the pest due to summer months and living so close to the field (all is to be expected).

The cost of living pricing is ridiculous, especially with the community not getting proper maintenance , adequate parking, and zero communication in several years for a garage. Always next in line on the list. Guess the list has the same person above us at all time.

I like the apartments here overall. I've been loving my balcony and its fun seeing people using the sand volleyball net. I heard of an evacuation because of a safety situation. There are a lot of cops that are posted in the neighborhood. I have always felt save however,

Excellent neighborhood! No noise , kid friendly, suitable for biking, running, walking and hiking. Most Shopping centers are with 5 miles. Pubs and dining places are around the corner.

I have lived here for a year and just signed another lease! I love the area and stuff is great! There is great food in the area as well! I would recommend this place to others

I’ve had good experiences with the office staff and maintenance staff. It’s a good sign that the person who gave me my lease last year is still here. The cheap appliances probably makes a lot more work for the maintenance staff. I’ve actually thought about buying a better garbage disposal because I’ve had to have maintenance out twice to clear out the pipe beneath the disposal. The dryer has to be run several times to get a half sized load dry. But, I appreciate that rent didn’t go up very much. The kitchen is tight but it’s clear that the washer/dryer room was added later so it ate up some space. Otherwise, the rooms are nicely sized, as is the balcony. I don’t love that the walls, ceiling and carpet are all gray. It’s a bit drab. There’s a storage closet on the balcony, which a lot of the newer builds don’t have.

The apartment was not cleaned! So I have to delay my moving date because it needs detail cleaning. Otherwise the moving process was fast. So my only comment is get the apartment through cleaning before notifying residents that it is ready to move in.

The pool is very pretty! The gym is a little small but in a pinch it works great to get a gym day in when it is bad weather! I haven’t used the pool or hot tub yet but I can’t wait to! I would like to see some resident event at some point!

I like the area, especially the trail near by. I’m excited to use the sand volleyball. It seems like there’s always an amenity that is out of order. Whether it’s in the gym or the computer or the printer. Overall I like this apartment complex.

The grounds need some serious and constant attention because they are dirty and warn down. Residents are not respectful of others with noise, music and parking.

Love it here. Have lived here many years very quiet, and peaceful. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very knowledgeable.

going on our 2yrs mark soon. Still loving our home. The convience of having everything near us is a plus. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel like we're welcome. Looking forward for more years here.

Experience has been somewhat okay. It has progressed a little compared to when the building was bought by new company. There could be more room for improvement such as fixing the gym so that there can be working machines to use. The tickets for maintenance would be better if we can get our issues fixed right away rather than waiting for several weeks or months to get appliances or units fixed.

I love living here! I hope to stay for a long time! It’s well kept and beautiful, I have had such a great experience here! The office is so helpful and friendly and anytime I have an issue I need maintenance for the response is so fast!

It’s good. Can’t complain yet but will change this based off my experience over these next coming months, but all in all so far so good. They have replaced everything timely

I enjoy the fact that everyone stays to themselves in the neighborhood. Very clean neighborhood. Very nice to walk around, close to the dog park and many restaurants and stores.

Love the unit and the people in the office are amazing! The maintenance team is quick and efficient and super nice and respectful to us as tenets.

Quiet community with great amenities! Cherry Creek trail right next to apartments which is a great trail to walk/jog on! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment complex!

Very nice management, pretty quiet community. The apartments are affordable and spacious, the balcony is larger than I expected, and high ceilings.

I’ve lived in this apartment for over 5 years, so that says a lot! Despite some management turnovers, the property has the same high standards of operation and customer service that I was accustomed to. The maintenance staff is courteous and experienced, as is the office staff. I have no issues and highly recommend you check out this property!

Meed to do something about residents smoking all over the place, it’s supposed to be a non smoking community but every building has people chain smoking right in front of the staff and they do nothing

From touring to being accepted as a tenant has been a very smooth and easy process. The staff has been very quick to respond and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The property is very peaceful and quiet property. While I haven't seen any resident events while I have been there so far, I am hoping they might have some planned. That is one of my favorite thing about apartment complexes. Is the chance to mingle and interact with fun events, staff and neighbors. Hopefully there will be some events coming up here soon.

It’s a great place to live and very conveniently located to access things quickly. The staff are great. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking to be in the Parker area.

Such a beautiful, well kept property! All of the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I know that if I ever need anything, they are fast acting!

The staff is not helpful or friendly! They ignore phone calls and do not return left messages. Maintenance does an ok job. It certainly does not feel like a home.

The team here is incredible. They have treated us with kindness and respect. Highly recommend Ranchstone to anyone looking for a safe, convenient place to live :)

Great community, quiet and apartment is great. One of the office staff is pretty rude with every reaction my kids or I have had but the other one is amazing!

My first snow day at this complex I had to shovel the side walk. Parking is a little inconvenient because there’s those permits still. And I’ve noticed some residents have two car garage. Other than that staff is great my maintenance request always get completed.

I absolutely love this community! And the ladies on the front end in the office are so helpful and caring! They truly care about residents and making sure that people are taken care of!

My family and I have enjoyed our time here. We've have had nothing but a great experience here. From Staff and thier Maint team. Looking forward to many more years here.

Beautiful Quiet community. The apartments themselves and location is very peaceful and convenient. The staff is hard to communicate with. Other the that the rea itself is very quiet, but near all sorts of necessary shopping needs.

I do think the community is really beautiful, I did reach out regarding my concerns I have from my initial move in, hopefully management will plan on reaching back out to me. Other then that, I would recommend it.

Loving our apartment here at Ranchstone. Love the view in the morning and we haven't had any issues. Great staff here making our stay here a great experience.

The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The apartment is nice,there are a few areas that would have been better for move in there was and still is plaint splatter on all the floors, under sinks were dirty, just not what you would expect for move in to a higher price apartment. But the management staff needs training on working with customers. They have no compassion.

Best place to live! I’ve met a ton of my neighbors recently and it’s just such a pleasant place to live! So clean and well kept and a great community!

Amazing place to live. Very quiet. Clean. Very safe neighborhood to live for children. Amenities are amazing like the year round pool and hot tub also able to use the sister property amenities.

Terrible maintenance and office staff. They truly go out of their way to make you feel that you are not important or cared for in any way. Forget about pool/hot tub or any amenities being kept up with, let alone basic needs.

So far our move into Ranchstone has been very seamless! The only difficulty we have had was trying to find good internet wifi since it seems they only have earthlink or centurylink (and centurylink can take up to two months to install!) so that was a little bit of an annoyance but we went with Earthlink for the time being
