Property Ratings at Ranch at Hudson Xing
I love these apartments! Not only are they nice, but the location and staff make any shortcomings worthwhile. The ONLY thing I can agree is a negative is the lack of open parking, but I factored that in when choosing my unit and it has not been an issue. Definitely recommend.
Cons: They claim to care about their tenets but they don’t, they will nickel and dime you every chance they get. When I was applying I was promised a $250 promotion when I moved in and went to claim it I was told that promotion was for select units which didn’t include my unit. There are so many rules and if you break one you will be fined $100 without any warnings, even if you didn’t know it was a rule and weather it’s your first offense or not they won’t care. Parking is horrible unless you pay the extra $35 a month for the covered parking. There isn’t enough uncovered parking in front of the buildings so it forces you to park far and walk or pay for the covered parking. You have to pay for 2 garbage services. Garbage valet and regular garbage and you don’t get a choice. The grass is horrible and patchy and there is dog poop all over so you can’t walk in it without stepping in it. You are required to have a $300,000 liability limit for renters insurance. Pros: Great location! There are great bike paths, a library and parks behind the apartments that you can easily access. The elementary school is a 1 min car ride or 5 min walking distance away. The pool is really nice and well maintained. There are nice entraining gazebos and a fitness room with good gym equipment. There is a kids park on the property, it could use a little update but there is one and there is a dog park.

The Ranch is a great place that keeps getting better. Including, and thanks to, the staff. Leasing, managements, and maintenance. All stellar. Have lived here with for 2+ years with my family too. Since I don't trust reviews that only praise, my only main gripe (and it's minor) is it's difficult for them to enforce their tenants to pick up after their dogs. This is inherently a difficult task and admittedly a petty grip. Don't be confused though. While the community is responsible for this and are lacking in this department. Overall, its a good community too.

Absolutely love our apartments. The staff are very sweet and helpful. Love the valet trash service, swimming pool, laundry services. I feel safe having a gated entry. Spacious rooms and garden tub are awesome.
