I love living here. There are usually many projects that are going on around here which is great. But they need to clean the windows and touch up paint in the halls.

Great place to live! Staff is friendly and attentive. Have been enjoying the building and the neighborhood.

Great apartment complex in an awesome neighborhood. Leasing and move in processes were a breeze. Building is well taken care of. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Packages are organized well in the mail room. Checked out a handful of places before choosing The Raleigh and so glad we landed here!

We've lived part-time at The Raleigh for less than a year, and it truly feels like a home away from home. From the moment we moved in, we were impressed by the thoughtful design, the beautiful amenities, and the unbeatable location right near Sloan's Lake. The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuienly committed to the residents' experience. Whether it's a maintenance request or a community event, they go the extra mile. The building is always clean, quiet, and secure, and the shared spaces-from the rooftop to the fitness center-are top notch. What really sets The Raleigh apart is the sense of community. We've met wonderful neighbors and always feel welcomed when we're in town. It's the perfect mix of urban living and relaxed comfort, with stunning lake views and easy access to Denver's best spots. We're grateful to call The Raleigh one of our homes, and we recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed place to live in Denver.

About a year and a half before I moved in to Raleigh I visited and was given a 5-star tour by the property manager, Kim. I knew then I wanted to live here. Now a scant few months in, and not only did the move go beyond my expectations, but overall the place is a wonderful home. Service requests are met in a timely manner with great communication. Questions always answered promptly, professionally, and with a smile. Staff always friendly. I love the Skylodge and all the amenities, especially the secure private parking garage. You’ve thrilled me at The Raleigh, and when I’m gone I can’t wait to get home. Thank you!

Tanner was great helping me find my new apartment! The building is well kept, residents coming in and out all had great things to say about the community.

Really responsive and upbeat staff. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They seem to be fostering a culture of high standards among the staff, from top property management, to the maintenance person. All common areas are very clean. In general, other residents seem happy!

The staff is what makes living here so pleasurable. Kenneth and Tanner are perfect for their respective positions. I couldn't say enough about them.

Great so far! The complex is clean and quiet. My unit itself is beautiful, and the amenities are well kept. I feel very safe here, and I really like how secure the parking garage is.

Pretty good and clean, and the management takes the time to listen and respond to comments and concerns. Wish the rooftop was open later, wish there were more amenities (they could jazz up the theater room for proper movie viewing) and would be amazing if they had a hot tub — but is a great place to live regardless! High ceilings and nice bathrooms and overall a good experience.

So thankful I made the decision to l live here. The staff is incredibly professional, kind and helpful with everything. The apartment is beautiful and the maintenance is quick to respond to any issues you have! Highly recommend living here!

Having moved from a house to an apartment, I had no idea apartment life could be so fun and luxurious. My friends are totally wowed by this place, especially the top floor party room and the pool. The amenities are top notch and this place is well maintained. The neighborhood is so great, next to a lake, park, tennis courts, and fantastic restaurants. The staff make you feel well cared for. You’ll love it here.

We absolutely love the Raleigh. Move in was super easy and we have loved our apartment so much. The gym is beautiful and we use it daily, and the proximity to the beautiful Sloans Lake can’t be beat.

I highly recommend the Raleigh at Sloans Lake! It is clean, safe, the staff is amazing and it is in a great area! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, nature and only 15 minutes from the mountains.

I absolutely love living here and it feels like home. Great sense of community. Neighborhood is awesome. It can be as quiet or loud as you want. Great location too with a hop skip and jump anywhere!

I had just relocated from Los Angeles and spent a few weeks looking at apartments around Denver. As soon as I walked into the Raleigh I knew it was the place! Beautiful amenities, amazing gym, well appointed units with high ceilings, and an amazing location with the park/lake across the street. The leasing staff and building manager were all super friendly and helpful throughout the process.

I am a resident of The Raleigh at Sloan's Lake for almost a year, and I can not have picked a more desirable place to live than this community. From Maria, the cleaning lady who comes every morning sweeping and tidying the common areas, to Ms. Kimberly, the general manager who is continually available to solve all my concerns, and Antonio, who is ALWAYS attentive any time of the day! He never has bad days!! I am thrilled to have chosen to live in such an enjoyable place where benefits my healthy lifestyle!

Raleigh at Sloans lake has been a pleasure so far. The location is unbeatable and the apartment complex is very well done. Our apartment is on the 4th floor, and it has been very quiet plus we have a beautiful view of the lake. The elevators here are very fast which you wouldnt think much of except it saves you so much time getting down. Our previous apartment had slow elevators with constant wait times. This elevator system is so fast, no one is waiting so you rarely ride with anyone else. My partner and I constantly go on walks around neighborhood and lake. We have picked up food nearby at Sloans Lake Tap and Burger as well as the new Edgewater market. Our apartment and the walks around the neighborhood are so relaxing and nice. The office staff have been especially great throughout. We could not be happier so far.

The Raleigh is just a wonderful home environment. It's boutique style is a pleasure to come home to after a business trip, a weekend away or just every day at work. Even during the work from home situation, there are plenty of places to tuck away and plug in. The amenities are top notch. The staff and crew are friendly, professional and helpful. The building has been built smart, great design, environmentally smart, super pet friendly, well thought out parking, building layout, stairwells, trash pick up etc. It isn't just an apartment, it's a home.

Wow, what a team at The Raleigh at Sloan's Lake. Kim, Sara, Megan, Antonio, and Langston really understand customer service and how to handle situations that come their way. We are so excited to live in this beautiful part of Denver, and in this brand new building. I highly recommend this building and management team!

The Raleigh is the best place I have ever lived in Denver. Everything is brand new, easy to set up, and in perfect condition! The leasing office is friendly every day and sooo helpful with the process of moving in and there after also. I couldn't recommend this place enough to anyone looking to move to the Sloan's Lake area!

Living here has been great even with the building still under construction. Having the thicker windows and walls allows for a quiet space especially working from home. Hoping the pool and 7th floor terrace open soon so we can enjoy all the building has to offer before winter hits.

We moved in from the east coast and have really enjoyed the community thus far! The staff are very kind and love our dog :) Property as a whole has been great and will be even better once the final construction is done. The leasing agreement is much more accommodating than any places weve seen as well.

The Raleigh at Sloans Lake has SO many great brand new amenities. You just can't beat the proximity to the lake and all of the surrounding shops. Not having to leave the building to go to the gym during these times is crucial! We have loved living here so far!

My experience at Raleigh has been the best experience with moving Ive had. Sara is amazing and took me on a virtual tour of the facilities and apartment which is what drew me into this place. Signing my lease and getting all the proper paperwork sent was very easy and Sara facilitated the whole way. Im extremely happy with my choice to move in to the Raleigh apartments and dont see moving out anytime in the foreseeable future.
