So far loving the building. I’d love to see more gym equipment. Stairmaster, bunch press, heavier weights. I’m curious why the umbrellas in the 7520 building were removed from the pool. Speaking of pools. GET RID OF THE CHAIRS. Put in more day beds. And replace the chairs with lounge chairs. The towels were a sweet touch! Love them

This is overall a well appointed property, but as in most cases it's the people who make it. The regular social events forge a great sense of community where new friendships are born. Everyone is fun, freindly look out for each other. All this bolstered by a great management and maintenance team makes Rae a home and not just an apartment.

Easy move in process and very friendly staff, a seamless transition into my new apartment with all updated amenities. Secured parking is great, feel very safe in this community. Very calm and no disturbances. Clean and staff works hard to maintain clean standard in all public spaces.
