It is a great community, located at a great place in Seattle. Whoever likes nature bit also to meet nice people will find a great deal here :)
There are different events every month, full of surprises and suitable for both kids and adults. If anything in the apartment breaks, it’s fixed quickly. The staff are very friendly and always do their best to help and answer any questions about living here.
I like living at Radford Court. I believe it is good place to live at market value. I enjoy the space I have. I like the commute to UW, the closeness to Magnuson park. I would like for this place to explore the possibility of having a ZipCar on the premises. I think it make sense considering the people that live in the place.

Radford Court is a gem. It's conveniently located close enough to UW, with easy access to the Burke Gilman. I use the gym every day and it has everything you need. The property is well kept and beautiful. The apartments are spacious with lots of windows, laundry, and a dishwasher, all for a price you can't beat.

Great place to stay, well maintained and good staff. My kid loves it here as they are play areas, a huge open space, and community center where he can run and have fun.

It's a really nice place to live, staff is nice, the park is close and it's mostly quiet. Downside is that sometimes the park is oud at night, and it's hard for delivery people to find your apartment.

During my time here, Radford Court has proven to be my favorite place that I have ever lived. The outdoor property makes you feel so close to nature, all of the other residents - and staff - are all so friendly and helpful, and all for some of the best prices for the area. The kombucha and cold brew on tap right next to the free-to-reserve Community Center makes hosting friends and family convenient while they can stay on site at the Guest Suite. The property is so pet friendly, you can't go from the office to your unit without running into a cuddly 4-legged friend, and Magnuson Park being so close makes walks super convenient! All in all, I would recommend Radford as a great place for those looking for a peaceful environment with a friendly community vibe about it.

Love the staff and fun events! The units are comfortable, and quiet. Love how much nature is around and close, you wake up to the sound of birds in the morning. Love how pet friendly it is! So many cute dogs around.

The apartment we rent is nice and cozy. The people are amazing and a lot of help was and is offered. Furthermore the Magnuson Park right next door is fun to walk in.

It is absolutely beautiful here! Walking around in the morning and evenings is just the best. So many dogs and friendly people. Hearing the frogs at night instead of the street noise is for sure one of my favorite out of a lot of favorites about Radford!

I give 4 stars because I like that it's not noisy here around the complex. However, my neighbor have some dogs, and I dont think that she maintains good hygiene. Because every time she open the doors, I can smell dog urine strongly. The smell is really disturbing. Besides, some residents smokes cannabis throughout the complex, and the smell bothers me and my kids. I reported my concern about the smoking issue, but no actual action from Radford Court to solve the problem except for sending some Smoking Policy Reminder.

Radford Court is a fantastic place to live! It’s always clean and well-maintained, and the office staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—close to bus stops, Magnuson Park, beautiful trails, and stunning Lake Washington. One of the best parts is the huge Dog Park with a lovely dog beach, perfect for relaxing by the water. It’s a peaceful and comfortable place to call home, surrounded by nature and convenience!

Peaceful community with friendly staff. However the security level is concerning as it's close to a public park , which the police are well aware of but can't help

Repairs have been completed very quickly, the leasing office staff is friendly, and the apartment has a lot of amenities and events. Residents are also friendly and there are a lot of cute dogs that live here!

It is a really beautiful a peaceful place. But as student with a low income, it is hard to pay the rent. It would be grateful if they consider student and value their life condition and consider a more reasonable discount for students (they offer student $20 discount!). There are also many free things that you may not use, but you need to pay the same rent.

We love the landscaping of our townhome. We love the convenience of living so close to Magnuson Park, which turns into a modern day amusement park in the summer (sunbathers, fraternity & sorority parties w/ lots of games). The apartment itself is moderately built. It is a newer build (early 2000s, recently renovated) yet, still has dated appliances. The vaulted ceilings add the illusion of space. We love the natural light the large windows provide. The amenities are rewarding with a small gym, with enough equipment to hit all areas of your body. The community room is jarring due to the ridiculous painting on the main wall, but, it is large enough to throw an awesome party. Parking is convenient as it is assigned, but break-ins are frequent. It is a long a major bus line 62, 75 and 79, but walkability is nonexistent-—unless you want to walk the Burke Gilman Trail. The staff are friendly, yet maintenance has deteriorated since changing ownership to Greystar. I’d rate it a 4.25.

It's really nice here, but it's a bit expensive. Love not being in a high-rise building, it's great to be able to just go outside whenever you want and not have to wait for the elevator.

Great community with a quiet atmosphere and well-maintained grounds. The staff is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are addressed promptly. The apartments are spacious and offer good amenities. However, the assigned parking spots are quite tight unless you have a parallel parking spot. Even with our minivan, it often feels too big. Overall, it’s a great place to live.

Radford court is a good area to live in. We have a toddler and we have ample number of playgrounds around Radford court. The neighbors are nice and friendly.

It’s been lovely living in Radford Courts. My fiancé and I have enjoyed our time immensely and we are happy to have found this spot and to get an apartment. We like how there’s no trash about, all of our neighbors are nice people, how timely our maintenance requests are answered, and how friendly the office staff is. We have enjoyed the quick walk to Magnuson Park. We have nothing bad to say about Radford Courts.

Good place with nice environment and utility and amenities. There's leasing office, hub as well as gym. Greate place to take a walk at Magnuson Park near Washington Lake. Noise control could be better.

I have now lived in Radford Court for 4 months and I am loving it. The locations is great with a school nearby and a park just adjacent to the property. It is a well managed community, great maintenance. The staff is friendly and responsive to any request. I took away one star because I am not ready to give a 5 star rating yet.

The apartments are nice and have the amenities you need. The response time from the office is fast. We are not happy with how the transfer of management has gone though, and are still unclear on some things. However, we do really like living here and there’s a great community.

It is an amazing place to live. It is a very quiet place near a lake, a forest, and trail. The University of Washington is close and accessible by bus. There are many ammenities, such as a gym, provided for the use by residents.

Radford Court location is great near Magnusson and not too far from campus. The facilities are animal friendly and have some nice perks, like pea patches and the shipment lockers for mail pickup.

Great neighborhood and community. Quiet and safe. Gym is small but sufficient for basic exercises. Parking spots are limited, but street parking is available nearby.
