There is no place like Radford! It’s a real treasure in the middle of the city with trees and nature and families and dogs all over the place…it’s just a treat to be around so much joy! Not to mention the amount of space for parking compared to everywhere else in Seattle!

I am not a week old yet but I absolutely love this place. The staff are very welcoming, Thomas especially was very kind and helpful while settling us in. The office is professionally run and staff mindful of appointment times. The environment is very clean with beautifully maintained lawns. The community center is busy with activities for the residents. I am yet to explore this but I have seen a number of prompts. I think my family and I will love this place. I give it a four coz the parking spaces are far off our house and very tiny. I could hardly get out of car when parked between two others.

Wow! What CANT I recommend about radford?! They really have it all from open space to breath in that fresh air, to regularly hosting fun events (with free food!). Nice and quiet apartment in a green area. Just a few minutes from Lake Washington and a beautiful park. Public transportation is nearby, and the University of Washington is close too. The office staff is friendly and often organizes fun activities for kids and adults. It’s a great place for students, families, and anyone who enjoys peace and nature.

Great place. Very peaceful with a lake and park nearby. The kids love to go outside to play. The neighborhood is quite and the neighbors are helpful.
So far super positive! Everyone in the leasing office is very friendly, and even knows us by name! My husband and I feel very welcomed. The community spaces are kept neat, tidy and clean.

Living here has been great for the most part. I hope there is more action done for security of the community. A bike locker, for example, that is secure by lock and not accessible otherwise by people who are not tenants would be nice. Additional, some extra bumps or narrow road strategies would help with speeding. Last but not least, I really appreciate that take after living here for 5 years, action was *finally* taken to tow the car of a teenager who took a reserved parking spot and who have otherwise caused property damage and destruction to the neighborhood.

As a fresh grad student there has been a lot to feel overwhelmed about but the moving process into Radford Court was not part of that. Everyone has been so kind and helpful - Teddi gave a wonderful and very thorough tour and Thomas has helped me navigate all one million of my questions and problems. The area is gorgeous and I’m so happy with my unit! Highly recommend!

The staff here are excellent; I especially appreciate Thomas, who answered at least two dozen questions for me and was so kind. Applying can be a little tricky and annoying (as all high demand complexes are) but after that, it's easy. The units are clean at move-in, maintenance responds fast, and they're a fun group of folks. Neighborhood is quiet (people-wise) but lots of sirens/firetrucks/loud cars towing boats they probably shouldn't. Worth every cent.

Amazing living situation. Just up the road from kayaking, fishing, boating, soccer, tennis, etc. Also extremely fast internet and a very mellow, chill community. Only downside is extremely tight parking spaces! Both of our cars have been scraped. Would live here again in a heartbeat.

I love living at Radford Court! Great area to live with kids, pets or if you enjoy a more quiet neighborhood. During spring and summertime the picnic area is a bliss. The short walk to the Magnuson Park, with the refreshing water at Lake Washington and view on Mount Rainier, makes living at Radford perfect.

There are different events every month, full of surprises and suitable for both kids and adults. If anything in the apartment breaks, it’s fixed quickly. The staff are very friendly and always do their best to help and answer any questions about living here.

I like living at Radford Court. I believe it is good place to live at market value. I enjoy the space I have. I like the commute to UW, the closeness to Magnuson park. I would like for this place to explore the possibility of having a ZipCar on the premises. I think it make sense considering the people that live in the place.

Radford Court is a gem. It's conveniently located close enough to UW, with easy access to the Burke Gilman. I use the gym every day and it has everything you need. The property is well kept and beautiful. The apartments are spacious with lots of windows, laundry, and a dishwasher, all for a price you can't beat.

Great place to stay, well maintained and good staff. My kid loves it here as they are play areas, a huge open space, and community center where he can run and have fun.

It's a really nice place to live, staff is nice, the park is close and it's mostly quiet. Downside is that sometimes the park is oud at night, and it's hard for delivery people to find your apartment.

During my time here, Radford Court has proven to be my favorite place that I have ever lived. The outdoor property makes you feel so close to nature, all of the other residents - and staff - are all so friendly and helpful, and all for some of the best prices for the area. The kombucha and cold brew on tap right next to the free-to-reserve Community Center makes hosting friends and family convenient while they can stay on site at the Guest Suite. The property is so pet friendly, you can't go from the office to your unit without running into a cuddly 4-legged friend, and Magnuson Park being so close makes walks super convenient! All in all, I would recommend Radford as a great place for those looking for a peaceful environment with a friendly community vibe about it.

Love the staff and fun events! The units are comfortable, and quiet. Love how much nature is around and close, you wake up to the sound of birds in the morning. Love how pet friendly it is! So many cute dogs around.
