The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Public 1830 Apartments
These apartments have cockroaches, mice, and other pests and the management does nothing about it. I moved in and the same day I reported roaches and asked for my money back and they refused. They offered me half a month off the rent. I have videos, pictures, and even caught several bugs throughout the few months I lived there and they denied any rodents. While moving out after they evicted me I caught a mouse on a trap and even showed the manager and got that conversation recorded of her acknowledging the pests. Now working on a lawsuit because I can prove they moved me into an apartment that was already infested and they knew about it!!!!
