Solid 8/10. Not perfect but close as can be reasonable. Great office crew, and great maintenance (shoutout to Tone who fixed our sink). A little on the pricey side, but worth it imo. Only been here a couple of months, but I am very happy with the overall experience.

I have lived at Providence in the Park for a month and a half now and was holding back on writing a review until I had been here a little while. So far my experience here has been phenomenal. The office staff is very communicative and responds to calls and emails promptly and courteously. When we moved in, our apartment needed a lot of maintenance. The team made sure to take care of any issues right away! The pest management was also quick to handle the issues we encountered upon moving in. I love the location of the the complex as it's near the highway so there is easy access but it's also near many restaurants and entertainment areas. The apartment itself is really great! I absolutely appreciate the size of the kitchen! The natural light that comes into the apartment is also fantastic. I love the look of the grounds and can appreciate that they are well maintained. I have been so happy to call Providence in the Park home!

I will have lived in Providence apartment for 2.5 years at the conclusion of my lease. Always felt safe & secure. Customer service has been excellent. It has a beautiful natural setting. Shopping, Restaurants and Entertainment are prevalent with easy access. very good location with easy access to major highways. Overall our apartment is great, the management staff is great. maintenance is good, front door trash pick up is good (but we don't use it). The dumpster need to have a pick up on saturdays I think, everyone just throws there trash all around the dumpsters and it makes it very hard to get the dumpster.

So far it's good
Coming from another state and not being able to see the apartments or complex, Natalie and Alaina were great at answering all my questions and addressing my concerns in a timely manner. The apartment we ended up in is not completely renovated but was pretty clean. The carpet seems to be in decent shape as does the vinyl flooring. We did notice that a back gate was open for quite a while and anyone could have come in at any time. There were a few issues that should have been addressed by management had they inspected the apartment before we were even allowed into the apartment (hanging smoke detector, broken screen door, bucket with water in it hanging from under the kitchen sink indicating a water leak, and a frayed insulator cord on the oven door). Hopefully they address the issues quickly from our check in inventory form we filled out. The walls are very thin though and we can hear the neighbors talking and their TV's. Having just moved in, the complex seems nice and fairly quiet. Providence is in a convenient location to shopping and work so that is a plus.

Stylish living close to everything!
I'm well into my second year here at Providence. The staff and service team is exceptional. Always prompt & courteous. The office staff is very responsive and always follows up on questions and issues that may arise. As is the case in any place you reside, sometimes the other residents can put a damper on a perfect setting but the property security team is right on it. They are fast, responsive and they get the job done.

I’ve only been in this community for a short time and so far so good. Every-time I go to the office I’m greeted with a “Hi, how can I help you”. My mom likes this new community also. I basically moved so that we could be downstairs and luckily we got a down stairs apartment because she has trouble walking up stairs.

Rudest people on earth in the front office, they will over charge you for utilities and send constant emails about trash pick up but they won’t even pick it up on time.

Tara, the manager is awesome. Maurice and the entire leasing team are great. They are always professional and friendly. The maintenance crew is great as well. Christopher, the maintenance manager, is very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. The entire maintenance team is great...Silvo and Jorge are wonderful.

Great location!
This community is in a great location and is well managed. You can tell that the employees really care about where they work. It is in a great location close to my work, shopping, and entertainment. I will be renewing my lease until my work contract expires in three years.

The floor plan is spacious and the gym is nice. The A/C is awful!! It stays in the mid 80s in our apartment during the day. It’s close to the mall and Target which is nice, but I can’t wait to leave because this heat! It’s too hot to even wear clothes inside and it gets even hotter when we cook! We went to our friends apartment (different community) yesterday and it was 65 degrees in theirs. They live on the second floor, we live on the third. There’s no reason our apartment should be 85 degrees and management blame it on summer. If you have to buy your own floor AC/fan to cool your apartment off then clearly this place wasn’t built well.

The staff is great! The security is not very secured. Anyone can get in, cars just wait for someone to come in or out and they get in. People are very noisy, rude, inconsiderate in the building #8. Loud!.

Providance Apts is a beautiful complex. The management team is wonderful the maintenance team they are wonderful it’s a convenient area meaning shopping areas highway access so on and so forth everybody here is very pleasant and very helpful in anyway possible I have never been disappointed thus far.

If you’re thinking about your next move make these perfect luxurious apartments your move. The staff is professional the property is well maintained. You don’t have to wait weeks for maintenance to come and fix anything, soon as you submit a work order they are there and fixing whatever the issue is within 48hours. You won’t be upset with making these apartments your home.

Love living here!
I am a former maintenance employee for an apartment community. The maintenance guys at Providence blow my former team out of the water! I was asked to review the property and was happy to post this. Good maintenance is hard to find in apartments but this team at Providence over delivers and you can tell they have pride in their jobs.

Convenient Location
I can’t say anything bad about this place. It’s close to everything I like to do in Arlington. The office staff are super friendly and the Maintenace team are on it. I have referred two of my friends here and they pay for referrals! Planning on renewing my lease in August.
