Provence is a great place to live! The staff is so caring and knowledgeable!

Only lived here for a month, but loving it so far. Great amenities, location very convenient, and staff has been exceptional since first showing interest in property. My husband and I just moved back to MN from TX and were in a rush to find somewhere to live and we were able to move in the following day after getting tour of the building. Staff was friendly and very efficient.

Sara the office manager always has a smile, is friendly and helpful, Whenever there has been a maintenance problem the team is very considerate, efficient and quick to fix the problem. This past year they have equipped the units to be more environmentally efficient with programmable thermostats and lighting. This will be my 10th year living here. It is home

My wife and I have lived here for eight years and are completely satisfied. The staff is super and we are moving up to an upgraded turret two bedroom unit with fireplace!

Excellent service, the management is very helpful and pleasant, they take care of the residents especially for my situation: they helped me in a fast and efficient way to rent this apartment. Everything is clean and in excellent condition, it mostly looks like a Hotel 5 stars not only apartment buildings. I am very glad to rent here and I love my place! I have lived at Provence for three years and it is by far the best living experience. The staff in the office are always approachable there is always maintenance and cleaners on site. I had used every amenity offered by Provence and they all were over the top. Everything about Provence is 5-star

Having lived pretty much all over the Twin Cities since I moved to the state, Provence is the best apartment Ive found. The staff is attentive, I love my actual apartment, and I feel safe living here. Im going on 7 years in the same apartment and continue to be impressed with the property.

'- I always have spoken well of the enjoyable living at this property during my past six years! Freeway access, shopping for food, restaurants (if they ever reopen) and and depending what other retail businesses survive this disastrous first six months of 2020 will only reflect what our American economy will bear for many years ahead! - The business and working model of employees will forever change with the majority of "the general office staff" labor staying at home and telecommuting to perform their assigned tasks. - Housing design and rental requirements will be modified to accommodate dedicated workspaces for both adult employment or school age education of all levels.

Excellent location. Clean, quiet, with a friendly management staff.

We have been homeowners for the last 40 years, and now that we are retired, we decided to move somewhere we don't have to mow lawns, shovel snow, or maointain a house. Our daughter and her husband used to live at Provence, and they loved it, so we decided to move here. Selling your home and moving is never fun, but it went as well as can be expected, and now that we're in our new apartment at Provence, we love it! Trouble free, maintenance free!

Provence apartments are very clean and well kept. The semi-open floor plans, security of underground parking and in unit washer/dryer along with high ceilings add to the pleasant spacious feel of my apartment and was an important part of my decision to live here.

Our experience at Provence has been amazing. Going from a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom, theatre room and bar with a pond with fish and huge garden areas, was very challenging. We researched and toured many properties for over a year. Our heart said Provence. Our expectations went above and beyond. The management and all of the staff have become family.

Just moved in. Signed lease site-unseen do to a quick relocation, however, we are very happy with Provence. Very quick response to maintenance needs! Staff is friendly and helpful. And there is a strong sense of community among the residence, which is not typical in most apartment complexes.

Management is serviceable but the owners are gouging the tenants

I have been a Provence resident for over eight years and a big reason for my longevity is due to the fine work the staff does. On many occasions I have asked for help and received it quickly, kindly and efficiently.

I searched many apartments in my area but this one surpassed them all as far as location, rental price, accessibility and the overall pleasantness and of the building and floor plan, i.e. cheerful, roomy and well kept.

The best place to live!

Barb my wife and I retired four years ago and have lived here at Provence for five years. We have enjoyed the management team, the residents and the amenities offered. We live in a two bedroom, two bath with air conditioning, underground heated garage, washer dryer in apartment and love it. As we go into are seventies we hope we will be able to stay here.

I have lived here for 10 years, and have no intention of moving soon. The staff is great, the environment warm, and the community is welcoming in a manner I have not experienced before in an apartment complex. The location is great and the amenities are very nice. Everything you could want or need is within walking distance. Definitely one of the nicest places in the south Metro.

Spacious apartment, but not worth the amount of rent, considering its being raised also. We told them our dryer was broken and haven't had maintenance come in for a week now.
