Prospect Union Square

Living at 50 Prospect Street is amazing. The staff is great from the concierge to maintenance. They take care of us everyday and it feels like family. Abby, Solomon, Olu, Jamaia , Damon, Julia, Natasha, and Jenn, thank you!

We have had a great experience here at prospect over the last year. Most importantly, thank you to Damien and the maintenance team for always being so responsive and helpful. Any issues we’ve had have been addressed/ resolved so quickly!

Love the apartment, the space & light are fantastic, the amenities are also amazing, and the staff is wonderful! For the price, I was hoping to avoid a couple hiccups like appliance issues and unfortunately during the apartment staining, the crew was often loud in the morning/blasting music/smoking/peeing in bottles for several months. Additionally, the ropes keeping the pulleys up would get caught in high wind and bang against our windows like a loud drum. I don't blame the workers for trying to have fun while trying to get their work done quickly & efficiently, but it was a significant and enduring pain. Overall the place is great, & hopefully even better when the building finishes up some last touches.

convenient location right next to the commuter rail, front desk staffs are amazing, I personally don't have a pet but it's nice to see some of my neighbor's cute fur babies

Great experience so far! The leasing office, maintenance staff, and front desk staff have all been wonderful and incredibly responsive to anything i need.

So far so good. Moved in the middle of October and it's been a great experience. Staff is reliable and answers questions quickly. Beautiful building and amenities.

All staff members are pleasant and available. Their activities are nice. The neighbors are nice in general. However, the building is cheaply built and its sound insulation is extremely poor. If a tenant has the bad luck to live next to inconsiderate and noisy neighbors at all hours of the day and night, life becomes hellish and unbearable.

I appreciate all the kindness, and courtesy I've been shown. Especially in situations that I have had difficulties in. Thank you Everyone is very friendly, professional. All the nice things that you all as a team have shown and shared with all of us.

Very clean well designed apartments! Sound insulation from the outside is great. High ceilings, good lighting and washer and dryer in unit is amazing. Good deal too for area.

We recently moved into Prospect Union Square, and the experience has been fantastic! Julia, our leasing agent, made the entire process a breeze. She gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and amenities, answered all our questions, and guided us through the application process. She even coordinated with us on move-in day and helped us get set up with storage units and the various apps used around the property, making the transition smooth and stress-free. During the times when Julia was out of the office, Katie stepped in seamlessly to assist us, ensuring there were no gaps in communication. The technology integrated throughout the property is incredibly user-friendly, which makes everyday living here even more convenient. Overall, we’re excited to be part of this community and appreciate the exceptional service we’ve received at Prospect Union Square!

Here is amazing! The hall and the gym are Well organized, clean and everyone is polite and calm. The mail and packages reception is excellent as well

Just moved in September. Great apartment so far! Neighborhood is great! Good package room and notification system! The room and appliances are decent.

Living at Prospect has been an enjoyable experience. The community gatherings have been so thoughtful. The concierge team has been top-notch and kudos to Abby at the front desk who is always attentive and helpful!

I haven't moved in yet, but I was thoroughly impressed during my visit. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I can't wait to start my new chapter here and fully experience everything this wonderful place has to offer.

The move in process was really smooth, and I like how we can use the smartphone to access the doors. It indeed diminishes the anxiety about forget to bring the key.

I enjoy the kind and efficient concierge staff, the cleanliness the gym and the pool. I swim daily (as the weather permits) and have hosted dinner parties in the patios. We enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the city from our unit.

I love living in Prospect Union Sq the community is so welcoming. I used to not know who my neighbors were but living here that changed its nice to say hello or catch up with them in the halls or community events.

I love that it is peaceful, your greeted when you come & go. And if you have deliverys they reach out to you. In the office it's not just workers, their a Team & Family. Don't ever be afraid to ask a question go down and visit them, with any questions or concerns. Their professional & friendly. Or reach out on your Bazutto app. They've always treated me friendly and have helped me in different occasions, it's what I call a team effort. Maintenance replies and reaches out if you have a problem in your unit. The amenities are awesome.

I’ve been living here for a short period of time & so far I love it! This building has the best open space amenities and the most amazing views at sunset hours!

I have been living in Prospect Union Square for a few weeks now and I absolutely LOVE it!! My apartment unit is so nice and all of the amenities are super lovely. I have even taken use of the printer on site and I have greatly appreciate the concierge system (which has someone there 24/7) with their help with my MANY large packages as I have moved in. The system notifies you when a package arrives which is super convenient. I have truly appreciated the support of Solomon and Olu. I also love how there are trash chutes on every floor and how the whole building is kept very clean. Additionally, I enjoy how you use an app to enter into the building and your apartment which is both safe and convenient. The apartment is really nice, and Damian has been super responsive and helpful with work order requests. Not to mention- we are steps away from a T Green line stop which is so convenient! Again, I have had such a pleasant experience with the leasing staff. Chantal was so helpful originally and has continued to provide me with great assistance and answered all of my questions!! I also really appreciate the very kind support of Julia and how Abby shared so many local recommendations. Overall, my experience across the board has been phenomenal and I’m so happy to be living here! Totally recommend!!

Moving into Prospect was such a smooth and simple process. The apartment is lovely and the amenities are wonderful. I have only been in the apartment for 2-3 weeks and am already feeling right at home! My cats love it and I can't wait to use the pool this summer.

Extremely thin floors, I can trace every single step the neighbor above me takes. I can even hear when they pee. If you live here, make sure to coordinate your bedtime with the person above you. ?

The apartment is really nice and people at leasing office are super helpful! They are willing to change my start date after the application and solve any problems I have related to my apartment.

The gym is amazing and having the dog run makes it so that I don't have to go outside if it's too cold . I'm looking forward to the pool on hot days.

My experience thus far has been absolutely wonderful. From moving day - now, it has just been great. The concierge staff is always extremely helpful and friendly, the building is always extremely clean - the maintenance team is impeccable. As of now - I have had a great experience so far.

I just moved in and the Atmosphere, Community, Neighbors, Staff and Property management has been amazing. People are so friendly and nice. I love Both Abby’s they are wonderful definitely make the experience here so special.

Paper thin floors. The people managing this place tell me it's normal to hear stomping all night long, and talk to you like you're an idiot who has never lived in an apartment before. Also incapable of opening an audio file. 0 stars if I could.

The staff are very friendly, available and dedicated to their work. However, there are things that could be improved in the apartments, such as floor insulation, plumbing, and better quality blinds.

We moved in from overseas and Julia at the leasing office made everything work seamlessly. The community is beautiful, with many shared areas and vibrant surroundings. We definitely recommend!

Shiny new building with a nice gym (2D smith machine) and a lot of amenities. There are some quirks because of the ongoing construction and some parts were rushed (e.g. no doorstops). Bozzuto staff is great as usual and quick to respond. Community events are hosted frequently.

Nice new building! You can't hear the T/commuter rail when windows are closed so very nicely done construction. I can hear my upstairs neighbors but it's not too bad. Great amenities & kept clean. Great community events. Best part: they listen to your feedback!

My experience at this apartment complex has been a blend of positives and negatives. On the bright side, the front desk staff deserves commendation for their exceptional service. They are always welcoming, efficient, and ready to assist with any concerns or requests, making every interaction a pleasant one. However, the facilities here leave much to be desired. The amenities, which could greatly enhance the living experience, are not up to par. The gym equipment is outdated, the communal areas are often not well-maintained, and the laundry facilities are inadequate for the size of the complex. This discrepancy between the quality of service and the state of the amenities is quite stark. While the staff's efforts are commendable, the overall living experience is significantly dampened by the subpar condition of the facilities. An improvement in this area could truly make this apartment complex a much more enjoyable place to live.

The community here is very welcoming and so helpful throughout move in! Finding an apartment that check all the boxes was difficult with other apartments but here at Prospect I found everything that I love. In-unit laundry, 24 gym and study lounge to get work and assignments done were my must haves for my next home and have been fulfilled here!

Everyone is so kind, respectable & helpful! Love the constant communication & check ins. Makes me feel valued as a tenant. So excited to call this my home!

Wonderful experience living with Prospect Union Square! The leasing staff is proactive with everything and has various community events to encourage community building. The weight room is always clean and bike storage is easy to access. The views are spectacular within the units!

I couldn’t be happier living in Prospect Tower! The location is superb, the views are fantastic, and you couldn’t be closer to the train since it is directly on the Green Line!

My move-in experience was great! It was a nice surprise to see move-in gifts welcoming me when I arrived. The concierge was very helpful with the loading dock reservation process as well. I am looking forward to settling in here and meeting my neighbors soon.
