Love the apartment, the space & light are fantastic, the amenities are also amazing, and the staff is wonderful! For the price, I was hoping to avoid a couple hiccups like appliance issues and unfortunately during the apartment staining, the crew was often loud in the morning/blasting music/smoking/peeing in bottles for several months. Additionally, the ropes keeping the pulleys up would get caught in high wind and bang against our windows like a loud drum. I don't blame the workers for trying to have fun while trying to get their work done quickly & efficiently, but it was a significant and enduring pain. Overall the place is great, & hopefully even better when the building finishes up some last touches.

convenient location right next to the commuter rail, front desk staffs are amazing, I personally don't have a pet but it's nice to see some of my neighbor's cute fur babies

All staff members are pleasant and available. Their activities are nice. The neighbors are nice in general. However, the building is cheaply built and its sound insulation is extremely poor. If a tenant has the bad luck to live next to inconsiderate and noisy neighbors at all hours of the day and night, life becomes hellish and unbearable.

Very clean well designed apartments! Sound insulation from the outside is great. High ceilings, good lighting and washer and dryer in unit is amazing. Good deal too for area.

She gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and amenities, answered all our questions, and guided us through the application process. She even coordinated with us on move-in day and helped us get set up with storage units and the various apps used around the property, making the transition smooth and stress-free. During the times when Julia was out of the office, Katie stepped in seamlessly to assist us, ensuring there were no gaps in communication. I love that it is peaceful, your greeted when you come & go. And if you have deliverys they reach out to you. In the office it's not just workers, their a Team & Family. Don't ever be afraid to ask a question go down and visit them, with any questions or concerns. Their professional & friendly. Or reach out on your Bazutto app. They've always treated me friendly and have helped me in different occasions, it's what I call a team effort. Maintenance replies and reaches out if you have a problem in your unit. The amenities are awesome.

I have been living in Prospect Union Square for a few weeks now and I absolutely LOVE it!! My apartment unit is so nice and all of the amenities are super lovely. I have even taken use of the printer on site and I have greatly appreciate the concierge system (which has someone there 24/7) with their help with my MANY large packages as I have moved in. The system notifies you when a package arrives which is super convenient. I have truly appreciated the support of Solomon and Olu. I also love how there are trash chutes on every floor and how the whole building is kept very clean. Additionally, I enjoy how you use an app to enter into the building and your apartment which is both safe and convenient. The apartment is really nice, and Damian has been super responsive and helpful with work order requests. Not to mention- we are steps away from a T Green line stop which is so convenient! Again, I have had such a pleasant experience with the leasing staff. Chantal was so helpful originally and has continued to provide me with great assistance and answered all of my questions!! I also really appreciate the very kind support of Julia and how Abby shared so many local recommendations. Moving into Prospect was such a smooth and simple process. The apartment is lovely and the amenities are wonderful. I have only been in the apartment for 2-3 weeks and am already feeling right at home! My cats love it and I can't wait to use the pool this summer.

The gym is amazing and having the dog run makes it so that I don't have to go outside if it's too cold . I'm looking forward to the pool on hot days.

My experience thus far has been absolutely wonderful. From moving day - now, it has just been great. The concierge staff is always extremely helpful and friendly, the building is always extremely clean - the maintenance team is impeccable. As of now - I have had a great experience so far.

Paper thin floors. The people managing this place tell me it's normal to hear stomping all night long, and talk to you like you're an idiot who has never lived in an apartment before. Also incapable of opening an audio file. 0 stars if I could.

The staff are very friendly, available and dedicated to their work. However, there are things that could be improved in the apartments, such as floor insulation, plumbing, and better quality blinds.

Shiny new building with a nice gym (2D smith machine) and a lot of amenities. There are some quirks because of the ongoing construction and some parts were rushed (e.g. no doorstops). Bozzuto staff is great as usual and quick to respond. Community events are hosted frequently.

Nice new building! You can't hear the T/commuter rail when windows are closed so very nicely done construction. I can hear my upstairs neighbors but it's not too bad. Great amenities & kept clean. Great community events. Best part: they listen to your feedback!

My experience at this apartment complex has been a blend of positives and negatives. On the bright side, the front desk staff deserves commendation for their exceptional service. They are always welcoming, efficient, and ready to assist with any concerns or requests, making every interaction a pleasant one. However, the facilities here leave much to be desired. The amenities, which could greatly enhance the living experience, are not up to par. The gym equipment is outdated, the communal areas are often not well-maintained, and the laundry facilities are inadequate for the size of the complex. This discrepancy between the quality of service and the state of the amenities is quite stark. While the staff's efforts are commendable, the overall living experience is significantly dampened by the subpar condition of the facilities. An improvement in this area could truly make this apartment complex a much more enjoyable place to live.

The community here is very welcoming and so helpful throughout move in! Finding an apartment that check all the boxes was difficult with other apartments but here at Prospect I found everything that I love. In-unit laundry, 24 gym and study lounge to get work and assignments done were my must haves for my next home and have been fulfilled here!

Wonderful experience living with Prospect Union Square! The leasing staff is proactive with everything and has various community events to encourage community building. The weight room is always clean and bike storage is easy to access. The views are spectacular within the units!

My move-in experience was great! It was a nice surprise to see move-in gifts welcoming me when I arrived. The concierge was very helpful with the loading dock reservation process as well. I am looking forward to settling in here and meeting my neighbors soon.
