We’ve had a mostly positive experience living at Prose Sterling. The apartment itself is beautiful new, bright, and well designed. The amenities like the pool and gym are clean and modern, and the location is great, with lots of grocery stores and shops nearby. We moved in because of the 8 week rent concession, which made the pricing more manageable for us as we got settled into Spring and figured out if this area was the right fit long term. However, we didn’t fully understand how to apply the discount when making rent payments, and unfortunately missed out on part of the promotion. That was disappointing, especially since it affects our monthly budget moving forward. A few weeks after moving in, we came across some negative reviews online. Thankfully, we haven’t experienced those types of problems, but they were a bit concerning to see. Our biggest ongoing issue has been pest activity. Despite regular pest control, we continue to find insects inside sometimes near our baby’s crib which has made it harder to feel fully comfortable at home. We’ve even purchased our own products to try to help, but the problem still persists. That said, we do appreciate many aspects of the community and hope that over time, some of these concerns can be resolved.

The area around Prose Sterling is quiet and convenient, and the amenities are great. We really like the apartment layout it feels spacious and comfortable. Nomi Jones from the office has been especially kind and approachable, which makes a big difference in the overall experience.

Prose Sterling is a very nice community. Love that it is a gated access community. Dog area is convenient and easily accessible. Plenty of grocery stores and food locations nearby.

I’ve been looking for a safe apartment that provides good quality amenities. From the moment I stepped in the door I knew that this would be my new home.
