Property Ratings at Prose New Hope
AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! Apartment life is crappy. If you've lived in an apartment complex you know that.. but this management company here is downright awful! Apartment breezeways and staircases are constantly filthy and riddled with trash, cigarette butts, empty alcohol bottles and cans, you name it! The people here just let their pets crap all over the place and they dont pick it up. I had a guy look me dead in the eye while his dog crapped on the grass and then he just walked away. People are loud, blasting music all hours of the night unchecked. Lastly the PARKING. OMG... First off their spaces are so tight that there is literally no margin for error when parking.. and you know how people park. My new car has been dinged up SEVERAL times by people who just carelessly open their doors and smash them into mine. Then management went and changed the permits for the cars on people and now we are getting towed! We pay money to live here and our cars are getting towed... even with the expired parking pass on the car! Such bad business! Does management care? Not at all. That's fine. Ill be breaking my lease and moving elsewhere.
