Property Ratings at Prose KTX
My leasing agent was friendly and made the process feel smooth at first, but when I moved in, I realized I had not been given the apartment I originally selected. The unit I was promised had a very specific view that offered both sunlight and privacy—two major reasons I chose it. Instead, I received a flipped version with a different orientation, view, and energy entirely. It felt like a bait-and-switch. I raised this with the office and even showed proof of what was discussed and agreed upon, including the unit map. I was told the unit had already been leased, even though I submitted my application and deposit the same day. No resolution was offered. I’ve tried to make this unit feel like home, but the disconnect between what I was shown and what I received left me feeling misled and disappointed. The leasing office’s lack of clarity and follow-through turned what should have been a milestone moment into a solitary burden. Instead of moving in with excitement, I moved in with doubt and the sinking feeling that I had to settle for less than I was promised.

I like this apartment although a little too pricy for my taste. The location is great and how everything is quiet. There are a lot of restaurants and food stores nearby. Plus my commute to work is reasonable. The trash service is great as well as easy to use amenities. The community is good at events and trying to make living here fun. Definitely an overall good place to live!

I have nothing positive to say. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived at for a brand new facility. You can’t even tell because people don’t take care of this community.

Its a nicely planned bright modern complex with 4 blocks with lots of lighting. My overall experience at Prose KTX was great. Courteous and friendly Leasing staff and so are the maintenance staff as well. The outdoors are clean and neat. The garbage area is clean and maintained very well. I hope to see this maintenance throughout my lease tenure.
