b) Guests can park in the numerous outside guest spots within the community during the day without a tag.
c) Overnight guest parking is available in resident garages or via guest parking pass requests through the Village property management to use an outside parking place.
d) If guests park overnight at the main Somersett clubhouse, they're given a warning the first time and if the vehicle remains for 48 hours it is tagged for towing.
