The team and their welcoming ,it’s very good building and the experience of welcoming is very amazing. And building is new 2022 end opened and interior is also super good

I love being at prism. Everything about prism is just amazing. The gym, the roof top, the coffe area etc. I just love it. After moving into prism I feel so good and Special.

Plus, the location is unbeatable with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived at PRISM for over a year, and it has been an exceptional experience! The management team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly, often within the same day, which is a huge plus. The amenities are top-notch, with a well-equipped gym, a serene pool area, and beautifully maintained common spaces that make it easy to relax and unwind. The location is fantastic, with convenient access to public transportation, great restaurants, and shopping centers. The community is friendly and inclusive, making it easy to feel at home. My unit itself is spacious, modern, and well-insulated, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment. I particularly love the large windows that allow for plenty of natural light, creating a bright and cheerful living space.

Review after week 1 at Prism: warm apartment, great amenities, everyone on the team is very nice, maintenance requests are addressed next day.

The move in was smooth, its good as of now there are no issues, the community looks good with good views especially the sky deck with open terrace and city view

I moved into the unit just last week and there were dead roaches and bugs inside the cabinets which weren’t cleaned out. Ever since I have been spotting roaches throughout the apt behind the mirror in the bathroom, next to the refrigerator, and inside the cabinets. I have asked management several times to take care of this and it’s an everyday follow-up; there seems to lack communication within the staff. Also, not hot water. The water is warm but not hot enough which I have asked several times already. I regret moving here if this is the situation I was going to be in.

Well, everything is good, the amenities are all nice and the concierge team are very helpful. However, I was told that the unit will be deep clean but when we move in, nothing was change from the last time i checked- still dirty and a lot of hand print was found at the bathroom mirror. 4/5 stars FOR NOW.

I love the prism as a safe place to live! The professionalism and courtesy from all the staff is simply amazing, when I say all the staff I mean just that from the women keeping it clean, the men from Maintenance that’s always professional and courteous too the desk clerks you Ladies are amazing, courteous understanding and very very professional, along with the head staff members. I love being a residence here at the prism!

I’ve been thoroughly enjoying living at Prism in San Francisco. From the staff to the amenities and everything in between it is a great place to call home.

Great people who work here, and room is very clean and quiet. Good amenities. Rough neighborhood outside back near the gym but generally doesn't seem to affect living here.

I have stayed here for the past 2 years and the experience has been amazing. Love the people, amenities, events! Essentially the camp theme event, that was so fun. I hope that PRISM will host a similar event again.

All I can say is this place is amazing! Love the people, events, amenities, etc. Come here and experience yourself!! We have been here for over a year and am very thankful for being able to stay here.

Excellent lease. The room is very cozy, and it has all the amenities needed. The gym has everything you need including a squat rack. Definitely worth the money!

I love the place especially how clean it is and I also love the view on the rooftop. The gym experience at night is even better. Everyone staff working is also kind to me and my family

My experience here is amazing all the staff was really helpful during my move in and the house is beautiful love the gym most! I also like how the system work on the roof top when I want to invite family member for cooking on the grill.

This place is fantastic! The whole place is clean and well kept. Apartments are nice and clean, the hallway is nice and the amenities are wonderful. I like the whole place it even smells fabulous, I am so happy to be a resident.

Good move. Ability to reserve elevator time is a great service. Concierge personnel are courteous and informative on surrounding amenities as well as in house events.

not notified when increased noise levels and disruptions are expected to occur. Water still doesn't turn hot when needed in a timely manner. package concierge is inconsistent and doesn't happen daily.

Great vibe, kind staff. The apartment is conveniently located and clean all the way. Everything is neatly organized and bike room, gym, mail rooms are bonus.

Love being here except for when all 3 of the smoke detectors keep going off all hours of the day and night even after changing out the batteries. Just want to sleep with the door and windows closed.

Still love the staff here they are quick and efficient to address any issues. Sometimes there is a small wait on things but everything gets resolved quickly and the staff is polite and very helpful. Best move we could have made

Smooth move in. Plenty of storage available for all my stuff. Beautiful and clean building can’t wait to meet neighbors and use amenities. Front staff are easy to talk to.

I just moved in but it is a great place, considering the area of SF it is in it really is a diamond in the rough. The staff is quite helpful, I guess my only complaint is that it is a bit expensive but hey, welcome to San Francisco

Inside the building is Clean and quiet. Nice service. Nice location nearby all the transportation . Would be say it is an amazing place to start live in SF . But hopefully this city will getting better .

Prism has been a great place since I started living here almost two years now. The staff are very understanding. We love the events they hold to bond with others. We also love the sessions that are offered and their rewards system.

I love PRISM, super safe, convenient location, has a gym and awesomeeee roof. The view on the roof at night is amazing. The city lights is just wow!

“Home away from home” that’s how I would call prism. Prism has become a comfort zone. Love the team here and all the amenities. It’s more like having everything you need in a more sophisticated way.

Prism is a great apartment community with a great, friendly team working on site to ensure order. The complex is just the right size so it doesn't feel too busy.

It’s been great living here. Everything is convenient (walking distance to the mall and Trader Joe’s and other places). The staff team is always willing to help the residents. The building is kept clean.

4.5/5 experience. People are great, and you can tell they're making an effort to provide the best experience possible for you. The building is new, and the amenities are more than enough for you. On the other hand, the neighborhood has its challenges, but nothing extreme. I would recommend it.

My experience has not been the most pleasant. I am not a fan of the sky deck closing off and early and not being able to hang out in the north area. As a resident we all pay our rent and should be allowed to experience our amenities as needed. Also the parking situation in that area is horrible I've had my car stolen from parking in the street and it was a complete nightmare as well as the no parking in front of the apartment. The worst. The apartment complex should work with a local parking lot for people with cars.

Great modern community with wonderful amenities and staff. The rooftop is truly the crown jewel but the gym, coffee machine, and common areas are also well kept and enjoyable.

I love living here very friendly staff! Makes it feel like I'm home in Turkey with my family! The only thing I wish is I wish we had parking spaces. Or if we do, I do not know about it hahahahaha.
