In urban New Jersey lies the convenient neighborhood of Downtown Hackensack along Hackensack River. This riverfront oasis is filled with small businesses and community parks. Residents make use of the baseball fields at Foschini Park and the athletic fields and courts at Johnson Park. Though Downtown Hackensack is a metropolitan area, it has an inviting suburban vibe that appeals to families. Downtown Hackensack offers a selection of local restaurants, retailers, and services, but this lively neighborhood has quick and easy access to retail centers like the Outlets at Bergen Town Center and Westfield Garden State Plaza.
Sitting east of the Hudson River, which separates Hackensack from New York City, residents of this downtown district can easily commute to and from the city via train, subway, or vehicle.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Print House
not only is the outdoor space covered in garbage turf, their visitor rules are a joke. can't even spend time with my family without concern for vehicles being towed. if you ever plan on having visitors over, do not live here.
First, the leasing, concierge and management team are all great. However, it seems the building was poorly constructed as we are being asked to vacate our unit 7 months into our lease agreement due to a design flaw that allows noise/shaking from the roof to come through into the apartment. We’ve been told the only way to fix the issue is through an invasive renovation that requires us to move to another unit (there are no comparable units to ours) or move from the building. Not worth the stress of the unknown. It’s a brand new building and this is the first “design flaw” of how many?
beautiful blding and the staff is outstanding and at reach when ever there needed
