Property Ratings at Princeton Court
Staff has zero customer service. They don’t even pretend to care about tenants real issues. Maintence is hit or miss, I don’t think they run things correctly so the good maintenance staff always leave. A/c units constantly not working, numerous water issues (pipes busting, no hot water, water comes out white via tap), ROACHES, they have a car policy where your car MUST be in literally PERFECT condition or they WILL tow it no exceptions they don’t care. Patios must be neat according to their opinions. And so many more things not enough character space to explain how this place has literally given me so many health issues.
The managers can do nothing to help you. Neighbor has their music blasting 24 hrs a day? Managers say "there's nothing they can do about that. Call the police." Strangers walking up and down the lot, trying every cardoor looking for one to open? Managers say "there's nothing they can do about that" Electric gates always broken and open? Managers say "there's nothing they can do about that" Filthy stairs and walkways? Managers say "there's nothing they can do about that" There are plenty of other places that are actually clean and quiet, where management will at least answer the phones. Stay away from here.
Tired of neighbors leaving trash everywhere. Visitor's cars take up all the parking spots. Tired of all the noise. Security who do nothing. Managers big help is to get annoyed and tell me to call the police.
This property is not safe nor clean. The gates are always open, broken or not. The fences are also always broken. Half the cars in the lot had their tires slashed, gates are still always open. Tenant was held up at gunpoint at their door, in broad daylight, management will still not fix gates; they don't even answer the phones, just leave a message. They promote themselves as a serene setting, it is not. It is a battle of the radios, constant thumping walls with the noisy neighbors; and management will just call you a liar if you complain and they will do nothing about it. Calling security will do nothing as well. Pests, especially roaches, are a big problem as well. Strangers go through the trash and throw the garbage out of the dumpster. The 24- hour fitness center is only open during office hours. They used to have cleaning crews but not anymore, stairs and breezeways are filthy. In my experience maintenance guys are good, do the job well but very busy and it takes a while for them to get around to you. Property has lots of water issues; water is shut off frequently.
1) You Can NOT control your own Ac/heater each season, they do. 2) Some months there are 2 maintenance guys and others there are 1, making repairs takes weeks to fix or not fixed at all. 3) Mold, mold, mold and all they do is paint over it! 4) Your car can't have 1 small dent nor have any discoloration of any kind or else they'll tow it. 5) Leasing office people change like clock work. 6) Their public laundry area is more expensive then just going to the laundromat. 7) There's a water shut down at LEAST 3 times a week and usually WITHOUT warning. 8) Elevator problems constantly!! 9) Crime overall low but do hear gun shots. 10) Price is reasonable but those issues I pointed out aren't worth it.
Management rotates in and out like a revolving door. Maintenance issues have gotten better over my stay, I will admit. The price is what you pay for. My one star comes from the absurd rules and the nickle and the absurd costs when I moved out. Over 2,500 dollars in fees after needing to move out expeditiously for a job transfer. Some loyalty to a long time tenant in a place with rotating tenants as well, I had 7 neighbors over a 6 month run. Damage fees were applied to damages they committed replacing windows. And they charge you for any pest control needs, as if it was your fault. Also, the "your car cannot have any visible dents or scratches" rule is absurd given the location, no other apts require nice cars.

Anon, we are sad to see your review. It is notated in your lease that you must provide a full 60 day notice to vacate prior to moving out. At Fath Properties, we do have a very unique vehicle condition policy. Amazingly it came from our residents consistently telling us that the first thing they looked at were the cars in the parking lot. We understand that your automobile is a personal item; however, we believe that a car that is not well maintained detracts from the overall appearance of our customer’s home. All prospects are informed of this before the application process. If there is anything else you would like to discuss with us, you can email us directly at feedback@fathproperties.com. Thank you.
I will make this post short as possible but considering all the issues ive had that is easier said than done. Since i moved in, which was less than a month ago, i have had toilets seats break, water leak from my ceiling, garbage disposal break, and apartment actually flood. Although they gave me a small amount off i still haven't gottem other issues resolved. Oh and if u want to have heat in the winter and ac in the summer be prepared to not have control over that. They told me that THEY control the heat so my kids and i have to wake up when its 20 degrees outside to an ice cold apt unless we get a freakin heater. Bull crap place and will, not be renewing anytime in,the future

Hi Amanda. We were surprised to see your review. Unfortunately, there were a few issues when you moved into your new home. However, we have completed all your service requests to your satisfaction. Our Community Manager and Regional Manager walked your home with you and offered you the rent concession for your troubles. They were both under the impression everything was satisfactory for you. Our Community Manager has been in contact with you to see if there are any unresolved problems. You can also contact us directly at feedback@fathproperties.com if you have any other issues.
This is beautiful apartment looking from outside, but please find somewhere else and do not waste your money here. First, the management lies you to take money. Read extremely carefully before you sign paper. Second, the service is too slow and some things do not fix completely although requesting many times. Water are usually shut down once or twice every week. The elevator in the apartment is too old and stuck every day. The swimming pool water is terrible. When you move out, you have to pay the "move out Charge" ???!!!!
Don't let the reasonably modern interiors fool you, these apartments are aging in a bad way. The AC units are the old industrial kind that have to be switched on and off by season and the management waits until the interior temperatures are in the 80s for weeks before bothering. The water system has constant issues. Water constantly backs up through the plumbing and is shut off about 1-2 times a week for the past couple years. The management is apathetic and treats residents poorly and with little concern.
It's quiet small apartment community. Everyone usually keeps to themselves. The office staff works professionally and quickly to get things done and problem solved. Enjoyed living here.
Great location, other than it being a little in the ghetto. 10 minutes to downtown and a lot of places to shop and eat right down the road. The apartment itself is a nice price for a decent size. Although it's an older complex, the building isn't too bad.
