Bet you 20, this management is the worst you have heard of!
The property was provenza at Barker Cypress until about 6 months ago, and it was a decent place to live. Once it became prestige at Barker Cypress and under the new management it went downhill very fast. It started when I renewed the lease, and the payment was wrong on the first of the month, I went to the office to ask about it, and they told me it would be split into 2 payments for that month, which is fine, but the apartment manager then says at least you said something most people would have just lied. I found this kind of weird thing to say, but people have bad days, get jaded, and so on, so no big deal. The next month it was the same amount, and the way the portal works you only can pay what is owed, so I think maybe its split into 2 again, but I pay the most it will allow. 2 days later on a Saturday at work, I get an email saying the are starting the eviction process on Monday. I cant do anything over the weekend, I go in to see her Monday, and she says she had tried to get a hold of me, but I wouldnt respond. This included her making 2 calls from a number where the apartment was not listed, no emails or note on the door, until threatening to evict me. I found this super unprofessional, but they did erase the late fees since the portal locked me out. All of this could be forgiven, but the last was going to work this last Thursday, I found that they had towed my car from the complex. I went and asked them politely wtf? I was told there were cars that were old, unused, and if they were not registered they were having them towed. The car I am driving is a 2018 jeep grand cherokee, that is taken every day to work. The reason it was towed was the registration was out by less than a month! This place goes above and beyond to harass the tenants. I would definitely stay away. You can keep the 20 to fill out another application or for the uber just in case. Good luck in your search

I and my girls have truly enjoyed our stay here In Provenza community.The schools for children are very close and local shopping in this suburban neighborhood is great. And quick access to 290 hwy makes getting to work a breeze.

Conveniently located. Spacious apartments! Great open concept layout w/large windows providing great views and lots of natural lighting. Spacious fitness area. Large pools. Plenty of parking. Pleasant environment but common spaces affected by the smell of smoke/CBD, trash a few neighbors out out early, a few neighbors not picking up after their dogs.

Not worth paying to stay in this community where theyve left the gates unattended for months all through Covid and forced us to use the keypad knowing the health risks involved. Maintenance orders are not attended to. Owners wont install cameras on property either despite a few burglary incidents.

force alot stuff on you
already had a washer and dryer had to give that up. I loved Comcast lost that. I am not into sports and macho manly. I am not crazy about En Touch which they force on you. I totally hate the force thing and just let everybody choose their own especially things like cable service. Also they blew over the En Touch thing. I never even heard of En Touch. I am more into movies, and sports cars than NBA which I don't give a crap about. My big fuss is the En Touch cable service. More pricey less service than Comcast.

Great great staff!!! Seriously from the office to maintenance. They really try to make you feel at home. The floor plan is amazing. A lot of space. The diversity and families out is a pleasure to see and hear. You never hear arguments or anything outrageous happening. Everyone is friendly or stay to themselves respectfully. Love the community board. Great location... Cons: the new building color paint (cringes)... but nothing to major at all. Feels like home....

Work on customer service in the front office. At times yall can be very nonchalant. And when trying to sell someone an apartment please make sure the apartment is fully ready. I had too many issue right when I moved in. My toilet top was gone, no rail for my towels, holes in wall, carpet wasnt cleaned and maintenance said they were going to do so and never did. Dont appreciate that.

The management staff carry themselves in a way that is unprofessional. The unit was dirty upon move in and we continue to find the previous residents trash. There has been car burglaries within the first two weeks we have moved in most likely because the entrance gates remain open for days at a time.

Terrible Property!!!
Terrible service. I am a current resident and we have been without water since early this morning. One message was placed on the website this afternoon at 2:30 notifying the water was shut off however it had been shut off for several hours before the message was put up. It's going on 11pm and we still have no water. I cannot get anyone from emergency maintenance to return my phone call to get an update on the water and no updates were provided prior to the office closing. Pretty much par for the course here, cannot wait to get out! You are treated like garbage and expected to pay ridicules rent. Do your self a favor and pick somewhere else!

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. We are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied. Due to an unexpected pipe break, the property water did have to be turned off for plumbers to make repairs. Unfortunately, there were complication s which resulted in the water being off longer than expected. Repairs were completed same day and water restored. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will work hard to turn your experience around.

Love where I stay!!! Been here 7 months! The location, property residents never a problem & polite, management is truly amazing & always helpful seriously, and the maintenance. The only problem I can't stand is the internet/cable provider!!!! That's it!!!
