I moved in late October & extremely happy here! The application process was nice & easy & loved working with Mia from Front desk. She was always responsive & helpful, most importantly…very kind. The apartments are renovated nicely & location is amazing if you need to travel out to Fort Worth or Dallas. They had a 6 weeks free special if you apply after 2 days which I missed, and Mia & her manager still gave me a month free which they did not have to do. Experience with maintenance has been amazing, super efficient & they get the job done. My favorite thing is the cleanliness of the grounds & the peaceful environment. The grounds are unkept & it’s so quiet here, I love it! I know everyone has their own experiences, but mine has been a positive one. The cherry on top, all of my neighbors are so nice! Super quiet & I love them. A huge thank you to Ms. Mia! She is phenomenal & her customer service is impeccable. Thank you for making my move so easy!

Absolutely wonderful place Customer service is on point Was skeptical at first but they quickly changed my mind The renovated apartment I got was definitely better than some I’ve came from I put a work order in and they got it done pretty quickly Office manager introduced herself when I first applied and on the day of move in even walked me to my apartment and gave me a welcome home basket

We moved in July of 2021 the apartments wasn't ready, the day we were moving In they were barely installing the floor. The management at the time was horrible, I know now we are under knew management which they seem a little better. They're are holes under the bottom cabinets, it looks like they painted over everything, hair , dust, nails, etc. We are more comfortable now that we moved into a 2 bed,2bath. Which is great. We haven't been to the pool, the first time we went it was disgusting. This year it's still not open, which sucks. But either then that it's an ok place to live
Way over priced. The remodel is awful. Holes under the counter top. They'll post a inspection for a date & not show till 3 days later. They'll randomly shut off the water. They're unorganized. Will not answer calls. Cops are constantly at the property. Property manager couldn't care less.
I moved in when just in time to get the upgraded unit. It was just me so the smallest floor plan was just enough room. Their app comes in handy when you need to voice a concern or make a maintenance request to the staff and their manager Jeanette is really helpful and professional. For me ... Pros: really close to shops, eateries, property is kept up really nicely, upgraded units. Cons: 360 traffic during times, property not gated, accent walls in units are ugly orange color, even though the model had a fireplace my apt didn’t when I brought it up the rent was not adjusted to that I was told it’s based off square footage not features.
I've lived here for about 4 or 5 years now. The apartments are really old and much is in need of repairs but its a quiet place with decent neighbors, and the location is convienient depending on what you're looking for. The price is slightly lower than the surrounding apartments but they're having a lot of issues with water and such to make up for it...their stories and explanations are inconsistent and shady. The story is always changing and they seem very dishonest. They also give you the run around whenever you do have an issue or something is in need of fixing.
No wonder the units are still available. Lease agent Jessica couldn't even direct me to the lease office. I didn't even get to see the property.
Holly ridge is a nice place to live in an even better neighborhood! The apartments are on the cheaper side, and management has been very helpful since I moved in! So if you're looking for a nice, comfortable, reasonable environment this is the place!
I would say this say that is this a good starter apartment! I only been living here a few month an it not bad. Now here the low down on these apartment: -Pest problem: ants and spiders so no crumbs -they are on the small side but you get used it -they are older apartments so don't be looking for them to be too grand and update -office people are friendly and maintenance be on it -you don't see a lot of people hang around outside nor kids (it summer now) Overall I have and will recommend for your first place or just a place that not to shabby
