Preserve at Zephyr Ridge

I love The preserve when it was called the Providence of course it was privately owned. Now a corporate company has taken over. The previous owners kept up with the upkeep of the property. The breezeways would be cleaned at least every three months, the white fence around the property would be cleaned as well. The grounds were Wells maintained whomever the lawn maintenance people were did an excellent job of keeping the bushes in the trees nice and trimmed and neatly manicured. The outside of the buildings would get pressured washed at least once a year. The gym was cleaned they even offered fresh clean towels for you to use and there's four TVs in the gym that you could look at while working out. The previous staff was friendly and personable and new the tenants names. Up until almost four months ago when a corporate company took over. the lawn service people that they use now to maintain the grounds is terrible the bushes and trees are not neatly cut or trim the grass has weeds in it now. The breezeways are dirty in which I know someone from the staff has seen them because I saw some sort of notice on one of my neighbor's door not to mention I've had maintenance come to my apartment. The once upon a Time white fence is now green with algae growing on it. the gym is not kept up clean the carpet looks nasty in there they have cut off the cable to the TVs they have taken out the towels along with the water cooler that's in there is always empty with no cups. it also seems now the kind of tenants that they're now letting in will definitely help the place to continue to spiral downward. I can't wait for my lease to be up. When I have had family and friends that came to visit they would say how nice it was here but now they too have seen a difference and asked what had happened.

Property has gone down hill in the last months. Grounds are unkept trash everywhere and buildings are dirty. My daughter was playing at the tot lot and there are cigarette butts over filled in ash tray. The grill has old charcoal that has been there for months and the gas grill never has gas to use for grilling. The gym tv’s and one in screened pool area haven’t worked in months. The gym always has trash no water or cups and wipes for machines are always dry. The cafe’ hardly ever has coffee sugar cream or cups and is always dirty it never smells clean and the carpet is gross. We pay for trash but have to drive it to compactor at end of property. Their prices went up and the property has gone down.

I've lived here for a year and a half and I have absolutely no complaints. I'm currently in a one-bedroom and the apartment itself is super clean, nice, spacious, great closet space, and has an alarm system. The kitchen has so many cabinets, more than I know what to do with. The bathroom is spacious and has a nice garden tub. The apartment community itself is very quiet and family friendly. Staff is absolutely amazing!! Rent is low and there are no hidden fees. I recently gave my two months notice and the process was very easy. I've loved my time here and I'm definitely going to miss this place. I highly, highly recommend this apartment. It honestly exceeded all my expectations.

I haven't moved in as of yet but will on 12/9/2017 and I am looking forward to it. I have to say Jenn G has been amazingly understanding about my situation and at times my not so great attitude. She has worked with me and has been completely professional. I feel very lucky to be able to call this place my soon to be home!

I can hear my neighbors and you always have an alarm at 8:30 In the morning(leaf blower), even on weekends. It's great. But really this place is awful.

My family and I have lived here for over 1 yr and we love it. We actually just moved into a larger unit and hope to stay for a long time. They always do things special here kids parties , santa , bingo, and movies under the stars all given but the complex. The kids truly enjoy it all. As far as the maintenance and girls at the office they are all awesome and on top of everything. The grounds are gorgeous and kept clean at all times. We truly love living here.

Apartments are very well insulated so we do not hear any of our neighbors! Very peaceful no parties or loud music. Staff is extremely nice. Apartments are very spacious and there is a garden size tub in the bathroom! I've lived here currently 2 years and would consider staying awhile. :)

Providence is a clean well maintained facilitiy, with friendly and helpful staff and great amenities. The renters represent a wide cross-section of our community. And you can get a unit with an attached garage.
