We looked at 7 co-living buildings in LA. Forget the fact that Porter is new, spacious and gorgeous. It’s about the people! Very friendly and welcoming. Dave, the leasing agent, Reggie on maintenance, and Chris on community services, were all so congenial and kind to my young-adult daughter. On her move-in day, with an armload from Costco, Chris opened the door with a big smile and exclaimed “Welcome Home!” So far, we love this place.
PMV is building a great community living experience! Dave, Chris and Reggie are helpful, kind and supportive. The building location is very convenient, and so is having in-apartment washer/dryer, on-site parking and all utilities included. Great move-in and living experience at Porter Mar Vista!

This building is so new and clean! I'm looking for something that's a quick drive to a local beach and this close to Venice and Santa Monica. When I dropped by there was plenty of parking right across the street. That was a big plus for me!
