I Recommend Point Ann apartments to anyone that’s looking for a place to stay there very friendly miss Jessica and maintenance mr. Nelson are always so nice if I have any problems miss Jessica is quick to put my work order in and mr Nelson comes fixes my problem the same day I really appreciate everything y’all do
I had a problem with mold and other issues they waited til I was moving out to fix things and I complained for over a year
The maintenance never comes to your apartment when you need them to. I had a problem with gnats due to leakage in my kitchen never came after work orders
I like Pint Ann. The new laundry room and the new outdoor are is great for BBQing. The new manager is helpful and nice .
