Great neighborhood...dated building
Pros: The rent is reasonable for a 2 bedroom. Quiet neighbors in a quiet neighborhood. In-building washer and dryer. Cons: Very dated late 70's fixtures and woodwork - not pleasing to make a home around. Small kitchen and bathroom with poor ventilation fans in both. Two older window A/C units - one in the master bedroom and one in the living room - the second bedroom is very hot in the summer. There are baseboard heating units in every room, very old and inefficient. Water and garbage is included.
