University Hill is filled with rentals, but you may have to compete with students from the university to get them. Once you've secured yours, you may discover you're hardly ever in it -- the rugged landscape and nearby trails will inspire you to go hiking, mountain-climbing, and mountain biking.

Property Ratings at Saga Boulder
My daughter lived in these apartments for one year. Dealing with the management is unlike any experience I have ever had. This is the most incompetent, unprofessional, and frustrating front office/management team. My advise based on our experience is run the other way and don't even get involved with this group. The apartments and location are great, the management team needs a complete overhaul.

I've lived here for 3 out of my 4 years at CU. It's absolutely the best student housing in Boulder. The management team always goes above and beyond for me and handles any issues quickly and efficiently. The community is awesome, it feels like living with all my best friends! Cannot recommend this place enough!
Best location out of any housing. I just walk across the street to get to class and it's maybe a 3 minute walk to the hill. Super close to all my friends who live in houses on 17th and 18th. Couldn't be in a more convenient location.
Tom has been incredibly helpful. He is friendly, respectful and diligent. He has gone above and beyond to not only help but does so quickly, professionally, and follows up to make sure all issues are addressed. He's been a big help to us this year.
Horrible company to rent from, the employees never answer your phone calls and when they do your questions will rarely get answered, the overpriced apartments are made extremely cheaply and often come with major complications, it's a very stressful environment. Save yourself the head ache and do NOT consider this place.
