The comfort continues as I approach my 5th year here in a few months. I enjoy this apt for many reasons, from viewing the mountains from my bedroom window to being worry free because of the excellent maintenance and management of the property, For me the icing on the cake as it were is the ability to access all of my needs within walking distance as being retired negates the need for transportation..

Maintenance is or was exquisite and on time. Management has been wonderful to work with. But parking is a disaster parking a building away and not getting an option to rent a garage at the bottom of my stairs is an inconvenience with babies or groceries etc. yall can do a better job with assigned parking and garage assignments. Other than parking inconveniences I would rate it 5 stars.

This place, for no reason at all, is not allowing me to renew my lease. I'm a combat veteran who has always paid my rent early and have not caused any issues for the entire year that I've lived at Pinnacle Highbury. If this is how they will treat a Veteran, then just think how they will treat you.

One area that could really use improvement is the parking situation. It’s often difficult to find a spot, especially later in the evening, and there aren’t always enough spaces for guests. If management could address this, it would make a big difference. All in all, it’s been a good place to live with just a few things that could be better.

Great complex so far, just lacks recycling services. Love the duck pond and walking trails that are close by. Management is awesome, super friendly and responsive!

I love the community, this is my 2nd time living here. One thing I’ll say is buy ear plugs to sleep, the neighbors I now have stomp all day and stomp around till 11pm some nights, also sound like that are constantly changing around the furniture of their house, I miss the old neighbors they were so quite. Also a huge issues with people driving on the wrong side of the road if they feel the need to take up the entire driving area, I’ve been here for 2 weeks and have almost been hit 5 times. Regardless of these two very small cons 5 stars for me, I’m happy to be back ????

As an Naval Retiree, I have found living here to be perfect for my needs, from the maintenance of this apt that needs very little to the ability to access anything I may need within walking distance. Truly a way to live after 25 years in a big city. For 4 years I have enjoyed living here and wish to continue doing so.

Well the weekend after I moved in the person below me sounded like they were in a rage possibly using a sledgehammer to the walls.I was afraid that they might have been hurting someone, i finally forced myself to sleep around one in the morning. I do work weekends and 2 jobs. I had to call security then to wake up the next day to find yellow powdered substance all throughout the hallway informed management. Thinking that it would be cleaned up but no prior to moving in, I noticed a letter taped on the front door of the neighbor below me, it was a legal no trespassing letter lt felt like I was in a twilight zone.

Lived here about 4 years. Nice place to live friendly neighbors and staff on site. Has a pool and hot tub that I rarely use. Close to shops bars and restaurants in proximity.

It’s a great place to live. It’s near shopping centers and restaurants and has a great staff and friendly office workers. I like that is close to the freeway and near multiple shopping outlets.

Everything here is pretty peaceful I like how organized things are here. The only thing that really bothers me is that there's always poop that haven't been picked up by their owners. And they get on the side walks as well.

Overall I think this is a great place to live and I would recommend it. The location is very close to so many restaurants and is very convenient. I have had a couple instances of the staff not responding when I emailed or left voicemail messages. The parking situation can be frustrating for anyone who has more than one vehicle. But I still like it. Neighbors are friendly. The area is nice.

Constant banging and stomping. No noise cancellation from upstairs neighbors at all you will hear them all day and night. Was hopeful management would help but we are almost a year in already.

The apartments are great, clean for the most part, my kids love the parks, any issues are fixed in a timely manner and everyone is nice! The only down side is residents throw their trash bags on the floor instead of the bins and leave a mess.

Well, with living here for almost 4 years as a Naval retiree, I continue to enjoy very comfortable and secure living @Pinnacle. Seth was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional through the whole process. I certainly cannot say the other companies that I rented with in the past. Overall the apartments are in good shape and I love the garage that fits my Outback with extra space for storage. The location proves easy access to everything.
