This place, for no reason at all, is not allowing me to renew my lease. I'm a combat veteran who has always paid my rent early and have not caused any issues for the entire year that I've lived at Pinnacle Highbury. If this is how they will treat a Veteran, then just think how they will treat you.

One area that could really use improvement is the parking situation. It’s often difficult to find a spot, especially later in the evening, and there aren’t always enough spaces for guests. If management could address this, it would make a big difference. All in all, it’s been a good place to live with just a few things that could be better.

Great complex so far, just lacks recycling services. Love the duck pond and walking trails that are close by. Management is awesome, super friendly and responsive!

I love the community, this is my 2nd time living here. One thing I’ll say is buy ear plugs to sleep, the neighbors I now have stomp all day and stomp around till 11pm some nights, also sound like that are constantly changing around the furniture of their house, I miss the old neighbors they were so quite. Also a huge issues with people driving on the wrong side of the road if they feel the need to take up the entire driving area, I’ve been here for 2 weeks and have almost been hit 5 times. Regardless of these two very small cons 5 stars for me, I’m happy to be back ????

As an Naval Retiree, I have found living here to be perfect for my needs, from the maintenance of this apt that needs very little to the ability to access anything I may need within walking distance. Truly a way to live after 25 years in a big city. For 4 years I have enjoyed living here and wish to continue doing so.

Well the weekend after I moved in the person below me sounded like they were in a rage possibly using a sledgehammer to the walls.I was afraid that they might have been hurting someone, i finally forced myself to sleep around one in the morning. I do work weekends and 2 jobs. I had to call security then to wake up the next day to find yellow powdered substance all throughout the hallway informed management. Thinking that it would be cleaned up but no prior to moving in, I noticed a letter taped on the front door of the neighbor below me, it was a legal no trespassing letter lt felt like I was in a twilight zone.

Everything here is pretty peaceful I like how organized things are here. The only thing that really bothers me is that there's always poop that haven't been picked up by their owners. And they get on the side walks as well.

Overall I think this is a great place to live and I would recommend it. The location is very close to so many restaurants and is very convenient. I have had a couple instances of the staff not responding when I emailed or left voicemail messages. The parking situation can be frustrating for anyone who has more than one vehicle. But I still like it. Neighbors are friendly. The area is nice.

Constant banging and stomping. No noise cancellation from upstairs neighbors at all you will hear them all day and night. Was hopeful management would help but we are almost a year in already.

The apartments are great, clean for the most part, my kids love the parks, any issues are fixed in a timely manner and everyone is nice! The only down side is residents throw their trash bags on the floor instead of the bins and leave a mess.

Seth was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional through the whole process. I certainly cannot say the other companies that I rented with in the past. Overall the apartments are in good shape and I love the garage that fits my Outback with extra space for storage. The location proves easy access to everything.

Simply trying to satisfy the final two payments of my lease agreement, have provided adequate notice (outside of 60 days) to vacate on the final date of our current lease, and surrendered keys early on the day we drove cross-country for an out-of-state move, but have now found our accounts have been de-activated and an early move-out fee assessed to our account. Over repeated visits to the leasing office to plan for our move, we communicated that our intent was and has always been to complete the remainder of our lease and pay the rest of our rent for the final months while leaving the keys to our unit on-site on the day we left town. The agents have inexplicably made this request impossible and also denied any escalation so that I may speak with upper management. Have had repeated attempts to reach a property manager regarding my lease and move-out go unanswered. The onsite managers have repeatedly expressed that they are unable to provide any assistance regarding my attempt to simply pay the remaining two months of my lease and end the relationship on the final day of my lease, while surrendering my keys early before I go out of state. I have made my moving plans and my intention for final payments clear multiple times in person but am treated as if I am bringing new information each visit. Additionally, the on-site agents have not disclosed the information for any property manager but have all three mentioned not having the authority to assist me as the property manager could. Again, they have yet to provide any contact information for the "manager". Lastly, our signed form - a notice to vacate on the last day of our lease -- has now been "lost" by the team on-site. They are now attempting to use our surrendering of keys on our moving day as a means for early termination & related fees even though we'd submitted a form explicitly stating otherwise. Great location & great area to live overall, but after loud music, rampant littering from residents & visitors, and this horrid move-out experience, we would not recommend.

Hi, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience as you needed to terminate your residency with us prior to your lease end date. In efforts to reduce the cost of breaking your lease we did recommend giving notice through your lease end-date to avoid the buy-out fee which would have been equal to two months' rent payments. As you were leaving the state sooner than your lease-end-date and to further assist, we suggested that you turn in keys physically and give back possession of the apartment so that you would not be liable for the property and make sure that there is no risk of the keys getting lost in the mail and potentially incurring other charges. We only made these recommendations to make this process easier and to minimize cost. I'm sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations and hope to be given a chance to so in the future.
the outside is nice but the inside is small. i’ve lived here for almost 2 years. they towed my sisters car even tho it was parked in my parking spot that i pay for. rent goes up once you move in. there’s new people in the office every month. the kitchen shelves are quick to break . overall think wise before you move here .

I’ve lived here for going on two years . I wouldn’t advice anyone to move here both of my cars got towed because they were parked at future residents after hours not only my car but other cars as well you would think they will give out notice first and than tow cars . But they didn’t . I can go on and on and on about them I would never recommend anyone to love here.

The apartments and amenities are beautiful but don't be fooled by the management. They first treat all friendly and nice but after you get into the place they can't care less. If you have a problem you have to call more than once. They towed our vehicle when it was parked in front of our rented garage but too close to the curb. We had multiple issues with the smoke alarms going off and needing to be replaced. When we moved in smoking was allowed on the property but not within 25 feet of the buildings and a month after they banned smoking on the property. When we moved out we had to submit a letter 60 days before and found out 45 days after we moved out and filled out all the moving out papers they "lost" our letter we gave them and sent us straight to collections (claiming a letter was previously sent) charging us almost $3000. Don't trust the management (especially Ashley) and always keep documents and if you give them something make sure you have a copy with them signing it saying they received it.

All of the apartments are pretty much brand new! Pretty cozy! Bedrooms are a pretty good size, the fitness room is open 24 hours which is great! The staff in the office are very nice! Definitely recommend!
The apartments are great. My wife loves the huge bathtubs and kitchen with granite counter tops and wood/tile flooring. I wish the layout was a little bigger but I can deal without a kitchen table. My neighbors are inconsiderate jerks for a lack of a better word. Play LOUD music at all hours of the night and day. When I confront them nothing changes when the management confronted there was slight improvement but not much difference. Parking situation really sucks. Was promised a garage but after I paid my deposit and signed my paperwork was told there was not a garage or coverred parking available. Over all the apartments are pretty great and in a great location but they'd be excellent if something could be done about the parking or neighbors. Preferably both.
I have only lived in the apartments since May but have yet to go a month without the office screwing up. If you make any changes to your parking you get charged extra that month for the change. They will cancel services without telling you. They don't respond to problems with the apartment. If there is a problem, how does Ashley respond... we are aware of the issue. That's it! Nothing gets done to actually fix any issues unless you keep telling them about the issues. The details of the apartment costs for parking on this site are wrong. A covered parking space is $20/month and the garage parking is $80/month plus what ever they want to tack on if you make any changes in a month. Don't expect them to get your parking space correctly in the computer either. They will give you a space but won't update they computer or put in a different space and then tow you or lock you out of your garage. They don't allow smoking at all on the property and if they catch you they will fine you, if you leave any garbage outside your apartment and they catch you they will fine you, I think if you breathe wrong they will fine you.
Find comfort in knowing everything around you is brand new. The clubhouse is awesome with a stylish pool and splash pad for the kids. This community is non smoking and understands the importance of pets, as you'll enjoy walking the dog into the dog park. Its also nice to drive around with tons of street space, not feeling cluttered like old apartments that have difficulties with tenants driving in and out. Wesley Amosa, West Valley UT
I've been living at Pinnacle Highbury for a couple of months now and its been a roller-coaster. It's a new complex with nice interior and amenities but management is consistently changing and making adjustments to the rules. There is also a media package of $100 that you HAVE to enroll in that covers cable and internet, but its very basic cable through Dish and the internet is through some unheard of company. The internet is constantly losing signal/connectivity and its frustrating and way overpriced! On the othe hand, it is a very nice apartment complex. The interiors, the gyms, 2 playgrounds, pool, hot tub, and splash pad are wonderful! Its also in a very convenient location close to schools, restaurants and shopping centers. Overall, once management becomes more consistent and drops the pricing on the media this place could definitely be a 4/5? complex.
It's one of the few really nice and clean apartments that allow pets and very friendly people here, really clean gym and swimming pool, basketball court and playground very nice place to live, and a lot of restaurants and shopping places close by.
My wife picked out the apartment online from AZ. I came Friday after work and toured the property, the manager was so helpful. The Apartment I toured that was available was amazing, the vaulted ceilings was a bonus! The Apartment features and layout is well built to a family's liking. The place is so spacious, I couldn't have asked for more. I was sold! The next Day I Signed the Lease. I Love the Area, it's family friendly! The school is right next door along with several shopping areas within a good distance. Overall it's a great neighborhood. Got lucky with this one.
