Estoy por cumplir un año viviendo en este lugar, realmente es un lugar limpio, tranquilo y sobre todo agradable para vivir, Esmeralda ha sido muy amable y siempre tiene una sonrisa cuando he requerido de su ayuda. Lo recomiendo al 100%
I lived there for a year, and I really enjoyed the low rent and the office manager Esmeralda’s kindness and communication any time I needed maintenance done. The maintenance team is awesome with an exception to the old man in charge. He was a nightmare every time our paths crossed. Other than him, our electricity never went out, A/C never failed, and my neighbors were friendly. If I were by myself, I’d love there again.

Excellent location. Had a leases originally for 6 months and renewed for a year. The property manager, Esmeralda, does an absolute amazing job attending to every need or concern.
Worst management ever. Walk in your apartment every other day without notice. Don’t fix any repairs. Mold everywhere. Kick you out for no reason.
