These townhomes offer great necessities such as a garage, hardwood floors, spacious kitchen areas and helpful on site management team.

I recommend it because it's a great place, although it's very sad because the garbage in the front is the only one that's a mess

All seems inviting and safe. Dorice was friendly and helpful. I left excited to call Pine Crest home for my family. I only hope a 3 bedroom becomes available soon.

We love the location and feel it is a very safe area. We enjoy the kind staff and the neighbors. Just haven't had a very good experience with renewal gifts and maintenance requests lately, but it is improving.

We love living at Pinecrest! The manager, Dorice, is the nicest, most accommodating person! We have enjoyed living here for the past month so far. Everything is as we expected, and we have no complaints!

The units are beautiful on the inside, and the area seems peaceful and quiet and it looked clean on the outside also.

This is a well-run community in a safe neighborhood with good access to great schools and shopping.

Parking is an issue. Many use their garage for storage and park multiple vehicles on the street.

Rental rate for apartment condition is a concern. There are positive differences starting to be seen.

Overall pretty good. Lawn and landscaping is somewhat lacking. I believe too many big dogs and the owners of these dogs does a fair job of picking up after dogs. Also some of the owners don't have their dogs on leash

Upgraded finishes are attractive and having an attached garage is ideal!

I would recommend this apartment community simply because my family and I love living here.

I did recommend to the lady who did my mammogram and bone scan last year. She had recently lost her husband and wanted to downsize from house to townhouse. I gave her the info I had.

Spacious units. Great location. Pretty good value. They have quite a few social events throughout the year, which is a great way to meet others in the community. The only reason for ranking only 3 stars is due to them never following through with major maintenance they did on our unit, and cutting corners on other things (not cleaning thoroughly before painting, putting new caulk over old moldy caulk, etc.). Also, there was zero communication from them once we turned in our notice. We requested a walk through but they never followed up with us to set it up. Also, they failed to give us a move out checklist, then took our entire deposit without any explanation other than "damages". Considering they left quite a bit unfinished from when we needed repairs, it was quite disappointing to not know exactly what you were paying for. Overall, it is one of the better places to live in Overland Park.

Carla with Pine Crest Town homes will lie to your face and make promises of what she will do and not follow through. I left my apartment sparking clean when I moved out and Carla never contacted me about anything. 6 months later I get a call from a credit company saying I am in default of payment to Pine Crest and Carla claims I destroyed my apartment. But surprise, there are no pictures, no documentation, nothing! Only Carla's word to destroy my credit! This is the worst complex in Olathe. Cohen-Esrey are only interested in making money at any expense, including lying about tenants.

Lots of negative reviews of this place. I currently live here and the front office staff and maintenance has always been attentive. It's a rental, so its not granite countertops and high end, but I have lived in worse in bigger cities...

Not every unit has ceiling fans or fireplaces and not every unit has a walk out patio, no fitness center, no laundry center, no trash pickup, garages are tight, and our ac/heat hasn't worked since we moved in. Parking is not the greatest either, especially in the winter. The only good thing I can say is that you get decent amount of square footage for the price for a Johnson County townhome. Oh and don't expect the older maintenance guy to ever have a good attitude. Front office staff is ok though.

The only good thing I can say about Pinecrest is it is in a great location. The bad is plenty. Some buildings are in need of repair, landscaping is poor, pool tiny and by looking at the stuff on many patios ( broken toys, broken furnature, nasty old clothes) the tenants seem kinda sketchy. We drove through the property, took a quick peek at the model and ran for the hills to better places in Overland Park.
