Property Ratings at Pine Brook Place Apartments
If you like mice in your apartment, incompetent and rude management staff, and noise from neighbors then this place is for you. My lease is up in April and I cant wait to get out of here. They advertise as "luxury" but dont be fooled.
Units are decent, and some have newish appliances. Be aware that several of the tenants in each building smoke cigarettes. As a result, each unit has a strong smoke odor that does not go away. Avoid these apartments if you are sensitive to smoke or have breathing difficulties. Management has stated that they cannot stop tenants from smoking cigarettes indoors, but smoking anything else indoors is strictly prohibited. Go figure.
