You can hear every move you neighbor takes above you. The apartment never recovered from the freeze, ongoing construction for months that just stopped with no clean up. Cars are broken into frequently. Management is slow to get anything fixed. There are much better apartments.

Do not move here. Random toilet in hallway with broken fire alarm, exposed wires, taped over fire sprinkler and alarm, nails, dumpsters sitting for months, materials taking up parking spaces and attracting vagabonds, etc. Extremely unsafe conditions that get worse everyday with no response from management. I have literally asked for lights in the stairway and hallways over 5 times, even after we had an intruder arrested by the cops múltiple times, Including one time near said stairwell. Still waiting for lights in the stairwell. Still waiting for trash policy to be enforced, the hallways are filled with trash and roaches. Had to wait over 3 weeks to get a key fob to even open the gate because they "were out". Broken glass in front of my garage, constant smell of marijuana sifting through my air vents. The construction from the storm has been ongoing and done in an extremely unsafe manner, open walls, nails, paint, open insulation, piles of construction trash in front of your door, piles of trash in the stairwells. The construction crew just stopped showing up. there are piles of wet insulation and materials everywhere, ripped open exposed walls, etc. Roaches infested my oven and the exterminator the apt uses told me to get a new oven and the apartment refused.
Don't lease- choose another option nearby. The pool is always packed with people that aren't from the apartments and it makes it hard to enjoy, the apartments have been under construction for months and the management does not care, trash pick up is spotty but they bill you consistently, and they just hit me with a $945 fee even though my lease is coming to an end. I lived here 3 years and now absolutely regret having spent so much time and money. The gates don't like properly and the crime nearby is a problem. Choose another complex.
Apartment we rented was smaller than the one shown to us and were not made aware of the size difference New countertops were shown in the model and told they would be in our unit, they were not. Carpet in living room was not replaced and had to live in a work site for the first few days as they had misplaced the paperwork after I had confirmed remodel had been complete 3 times. Maintenance comes into apartment even when you request a time be set up. No onsite security or cameras to watch the lot, have witnessed multiple vehicle break ins and the person get away as cops are called. No adequate guest parking and no way to allow guests to park in the complex. The apartment is nice and the amenities are great but they need to improve the parking situation and also improve the security on the property.

I moved into this apartment in March of 2017, and they have gone through 2-3 office managers since I've been here. We were originally told that we would have an upgraded apartment with the Bluetooth speakers... we moved in and that was not the case. Shortly after that my car got towed. I was not informed nor was the boyfriend that we needed parking permits. When I called.. the front desk the guy laughed and Said I'm surprised you made it this long without getting towed. I did not think it was funny and explained I never got the memo. He promised he would call his boss and call me back... nothing. I call back, and he says well we issued parking permits back in February. I MOVED IN IN MARCH! It was 220 to get my car out, the tow company messed up my brake lines. They did, however, take it off my rent... a MONTH later. Shortly after that... Our car got stolen.... there is never enough parking, so we have to park on the street right in front of our balcony. (we work late nights and get home around 11 pm) We constantly have people stealing chairs and stuff off our patio. I'm re-writing this review now because... I just watched a guy try to break into a truck, I scared him off & reported it to the police. We chose this apartment complex because it had an awesome dog park... After moving in, we noticed old trees in the park were dead, and branches were falling off. We and other residents made quite a few complaints. NOTHING GOT DONE!! Until a massive branch fell and demolished a bench! A bench that residents sit on and dogs lay under. Finally, they closed down the park to get the trees removed... FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS. We have a golden retriever and a Yorkie.. and no place to take them. Overall the staff is horrible... except the Main Boss lady Priscilla (I think that's the correct name)
Love the actual apartment and complex but can't enjoy it hearing everything your neighbors do. I can hear side neighbors showering and even talking when I'm in my bathroom. When the child next door takes a bath and I take a bath at the same time it's pretty weird hearing him play and whatnot. I hear every single step above neighbor takes. Literally pounds through my ceiling and shakes the light fixtures, he is only 160 pounds at most. I can hear drawers closing, toilet flushing, vacumming, anything being moved across the floor. I can't even drown it out with tv or music. I have complained to office and written above neighbor a polite letter. Also many units have built in Bluetooth speakers, which I love, but would love to just hear mine not neighbors as well. Road noise is also loud. This is an industrial area and right behind is the main post office so you hear 18 wheelers and trucks all through out the day and night.
