It is deeply disappointing and unacceptable that amenities, for which residents have paid premium prices, have remained dysfunctional for months, with no sign of resolution in sight. The non-functional pool, a hallmark of upscale living, epitomizes the false marketing tactics employed by management to lure tenants. Such deceptive practices not only betray the trust of residents but also reflect gross mismanagement and neglect on the part of the property management team. Residents deserve transparency, accountability, and swift action to rectify these issues and uphold the standards promised in their lease agreements. Failure to address these legitimate grievances promptly will only exacerbate the sense of disillusionment and dissatisfaction among the community.

The WORST building here in Dadeland area!!! Nothing about Pearl Dadeland is luxury.. - No security, broken garage gates ( it’s been over a month broken ) and all doors in the garage you are able to open without code so literally anyone could come into this building. - So many homeless people trying to come into the building /hanging around inside. Feels so unsafe living here. One homeless person is always wearing a hoodie and medical mask hanging out by the pool room super creepy. - Elevators are always broken. - The hallways don’t have AC so it smells like wet dog/weed - dog poop everywhere and no one cleans it. The door to catch the stairs on my floor has literally had poop all over it for weeks now.. - my neighbor had someone trying break into his apartment, thankfully I have a ring camera on my door and noticed/told him. But again nothing was done. - every time you call the office they never answer. I even msged the manger 3 weeks ago and still NO ANSWER!! - the package room is left open with packages on the floor so anyone could steal them - aggressive dog lives in the building/ attacked another dog on my floor almost 3 weeks ago & the manager has yet to send out a email/done anything about like she told me she will. That’s why I sent her a email and still no reply. - Also it’s so loud outside since the building is off of Kendall, it’s like living in New York City! ALL OF THIS HAS BEEN TOLD PERSONALLY / WRITTEN TO THE MANGER Yenny & no answer!

They do not clean carpets on a regular basis. They only clean with a broom or a stick vacuum if there are loose items. Spills are not cleaned with proper water vacuum. There is also no regular vacuuming of the carpets. They are very dirty. It is not sanitary.

The apartment complex is beautiful but the management is bad. They are hard to get a hold of, rude when the can be reached and slow to address issues. The biggest issue is the apartment complex had many short term leases who lease through a realtor company so these short term leasers have no concern for the upkeep or following community rules. They leave dog droppings in the hallway, have loud parties and speed through the parking garage. There is no guest parking either.
