Patriot Pointe Apartments

there is a HUGE roach problem. in every unit. managment doesn't care and is unhelpful and condescending. they'll definitely try to gaslight you into thinking you didn't put in requests especially for pest control. maintenance will just come in whenever, no notice. it's terrible.

I have been here less than a year. My first three month everything was ok for the most part. I saw a huge rat outside by the stairs of my apartment, and a few American cockroaches. Around the first 90 days everything was fine. At the end of August I start seeing domestic cockroaches in my bathroom and in my kitchen. Been that I am a person who is terrified of bugs this wasn’t good. So I called them to come spray my apartment. I am well aware that the pest control comes every Tuesday. At the beginning of November I then got my apartment sprayed again because I kept seeing them, I’ve even bought boric acid and roach traps myself because I can not live with domestic cockroaches. When I notified the office I was told by Taylor that I would have to get my apartment sprayed twice and then wait two weeks before I wouldn’t see another roach. Here it is after the two weeks I was told to wait, and there are still domestic roaches in my apartment. I had also asked to be moved to a different unit, but now I’m afraid that if domestic cockroaches are in that unit they are in every unit. I have approximately six months left to live in this apartments and these bugs are going to drive me insane. I don’t plan on living here once my lease is up.

Honestly, lived here for a year. The cost was good but the apartment was meh. We had lots of bugs and roaches despite a very clean house and constant pest control sprays. Nothing ever fixed it. If it weren’t for the bugs we wouldn’t of left. Some people don’t have any problem with bugs there, but I know others do. Just hope you don’t get one of the ones with issues and you’ll be good.

This apartment complex is a joke. Been here for a year and I wish we should've renewed our lease!. If you have concerns just keep it with you because they dont do any actions!. All about write a letter and nothing happens!. Can't wait till lease is up and find a better place!. Better be warned.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.!!! If you value your peace of mind, safety and your possessions, this is not the place to reside. I am a current resident and I recently discovered that I was burglarized by the past or current maintenance staff. I know that I am not the only person who has become a victim of sticky fingered people who work or worked here. I have received no help from the Leasing Office Manager (very rude and uncaring). I would give this place a negative ten for a rating if I could. STAY AWAY, BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY.

THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. Do not rent here. The neighborhood looks like something off of 8 mile, and nothing like the pictures. There are people outside at all times of the night and walls are very thin! So when it is 6 am and maintenence starts fixing the apartment adjacent to you it literally rattles your entire bed frame and you sleep schedule. Don't give it time. IT NEVER STOPS. I've not had one night of rest since I moved here. There's always someone outside yelling. If you are down stairs, you are in for a treat!!! The upstairs floors Creek extremely loud you can hear everywhere your neighbors walk. If you rent here ENJOY your stay and try not to go crazy.

It's a great location, surrounded by the malls and great stores. Area not so great. Need to update older apts. Had problems with rodents and bugs. Maintenance was great and answer calls fast. Cost too much to live here.

The apt itself is clean, updated. The neighborhood not always feeling the safest. Gunshots, police around a lot of the times. No other problems. Grounds kept up nice. Usually quick with maintenance if needed. The rent price a little high for the neighborhood.m

This is the quietest complex I've ever lived in. My apartment is beautiful and I love it. Patriot pointe is definitely a great place to live.
