I loved living here

Super quiet on the second floor. No noise from the street with the windows closed. Very cozy floor plan. The only thing that could really make these better would be larger closets for those of us who are clothing collectors. Felt safe with the locked community. My bike did get stolen, and my car broken into when the window was left down in the parking garage behind the lofts.

Poor customer service. Too busy to show a space.

We called this site many times. Finally got in touch with the manager, Anissa or Alisa or something like that. We asked about available units. She gave us the information and we let her know we were interested and when we could see it. She cut me off and said she was too busy and she wouldn't be able to show us until the end of next week when her audits were over. Explained that we needed to decide sooner than that and she said "sorry, I am busy". Really? Isn't the main function of your job to rent units? I am ready to give you $18,000 over the next 12 months and you are too busy to take 20 min and show me a space? Wow. Don't bother calling or emailing these people for a space. They are too busy.
