Pass Pointe Apartments

I am still amazed that after a week of calling and messages through their website that not one person has reached out to me. I Sent message on July 17th and still have not heard back even though I have sent numerous messages and called numerous times. I understand that people especially managers get busy, but this is inexcusable. It shows me that the ownership needs to hire better management which also tells me that if I were to live here it could possibly be very hard to get ahold of anyone in the office if an emergency were to happen. I will definitely be taking them off my list and applying at a different apartment complex.

This is the best apartment community I have lived in excellent staff property is well taken care of couldn't be happier about calling this place home.

I recently had the pleasure of living in Pass Pointe Apartments for one year. Although I was admittedly a bit skeptical at first, I could not have been more satisfied with my experience! The grounds were well maintained, the cost was quite reasonable, and the staff were excellent. Both Shannon and Brianne (sp?) were professional, vigilant, courteous, and dedicated to providing outstanding service to their tenants. I wish to also commend the maintenance staff for their timeliness. I had but one minor, routine maintenance issue in the year I was there, and it was promptly addressed after hours by the maintenance staff. I recommend Pass Pointe Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment in the Biloxi-Gulfport area. If my path ever brings me back to Biloxi, I would not hesitate to rent from these charming ladies again.

First off the complex here floods when it rains, currently had a vehicle be totaled from water damage (we also talked to the neighbor beside us and the same thing happen to her the year before) When we first moved in we were never even told it floods, yet one of the sides you drive through to get to our apartment was completely flooded. Before it was over with water was up to almost the steering wheel of my car. Also the air conditioning never worked properly, it would work fine for a few weeks and then sometimes we would come home and it would be 82 degrees in the house. Many of our calls to maintenance just resulted in them coming several days later and saying everything was fine and there was nothing they could do about the air conditioning because it was blowing cold air. Also on one of our monthly letters there was a section that said anyone caught speeding (over 10 mph) through the complex would be sent a violation. I'm not sure of their legal rights in this case but I do see this as a bit ridiculous. I personally think they are overstepping their legal boundaries. I would advise anyone to be careful when choosing to live in these apartments. They are not awful, but with some of the things that happened to us we are now extremely happier with living somewhere else.
