Resting in the San Bernardino Valley, about five miles southwest of Downtown Riverside, La Sierra is a charming neighborhood with its own flavor. La Sierra has several small schools and parks, while multiple beaches are about an hour’s drive away. The neighborhood is home to La Sierra University, creating the vibrant atmosphere of a university town with an abundance of restaurants and shops. Many locals flock to Galleria at Tyler (which has over 180 stores, restaurants, and a movie theater) but La Sierra is also home to an ice-skating rink and a waterpark. Great We have lived here since February with our two small kids , and so far it's great very quiet no problems with noise. We are in a great building. The office staff is on top of everything as well as the maintenance.

Paseos at Magnolia This place is absolutely wonderful. The staff is phenomenal , professional , and their concern is your comfort and satisfaction. They take great pride in the care of their facility and it shows throughout the premises. Damion, met us in the front office and oh my, this young man is like no one I’ve seen in a long time.. His customer skills exceed any. He was the best so polite and knowledgeable. I must say we need more people like him, and you all have the right guy in the right place. The Manager there whose name I can’t think of and I apologize, was excellent as well. The entire experience was exceptional! Thank you so much and although I just moved in, I feel so confident that my living there is going to be a place that I’ll love to call home. Thank you so much for giving me that sense of comfort.

It was a quiet community. It was a pleasant surprise to hear that the noise I could hear was the freeway noise and it was a clean community to walk around and the amenities are nice. The two apartments that I was shown were very modern and pleasant to live in, even though they weren’t the three bedroom apartment that I wanted to see. It was nice that each apartment comes with a garage and that we can purchase additional carports for $50. But I did forget about mentioning cable television and internet access?

Great Service. I must say, the service I received was truly exceptional! The entire process went incredibly smoothly. Simon was fantastic, and Damien was exceptionally pleasant. Both of them provided me with invaluable assistance throughout the journey.I'm giving this a 4 only because of the parking situation—it feels a bit like a chaotic symphony! I believe it would greatly improve the experience to have designated parking spots, even for those that aren’t in a covered area.

I have lived here for over a year, and my experience has not been wonderful. The plumbing is pretty bad, my sink has gotten clogged / overflowed maybe 3-4 times when I put ordinary things in the garbage disposal, and sometimes for no reason at all. I asked the maintenance guy if this was a common issue and he said yeah it happens to a lot of the apartments here. It's nasty and they fix it by vacuuming it out with a shop vac, and the first time they left gunky black stuff all over my floor and rugs. And then they dumped the shop vac fluid in my toilet and got it all dirty in there. The parking situation is also not ideal. When I moved in I was told that guests can park in any uncovered spot, and they now say that guests can only park in green spots (of which there are only 8 I believe, and they are almost always full). This was very unclear in the lease, and I asked them about it very many times. I also had to have them correct errors in my lease a couple times before signing it. Furthermore, the people that live here, from my experience, are not quiet. The people below me are constantly playing loud bass and it will vibrate through the floors. All of that said, I imagine each apartment complex has its issues, this is just what I have experienced here.
If you care about your safety don't move here! I picked this location because it's gated (and you would think it's supposed to be safe). We lived here for 2 years and in that 2 years our garage got broken into and stole our scooter and then our car got stolen on a separate event. They were supposed to have security roaming around the grounds but i never saw them. I always see sketchy people walking into the apt grounds randomly from the streets. We've seen people rummage through our garbage dump sites. They're also supposed to have security cameras but to our surprise they said "it doesn't work". Throughout COVID we were paying them rent and this is how they "care" for their residents. Save yourself the trouble and don't move here. I wish I can do more than just write a bad review to be honest because this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
