Do not move here. All they do is lie and steal. This place is absolutely the worst place you could live. If you get home after 3pm you will not have a place to park, and even if you do find a parking spot and have a parking pass your car will still get towed. The dumpster is always overflowing, and even though they make you pay for someone to pick up your trash from the door, they never do. On top of all that there are roaches everywhere. The place is disgusting, and they will steal every penny they can from you. Do yourself a favor and move anywhere else.

No positives. Negatives- Dirty, they do not clean properly before you move in. NO guest parking. Inconsiderate people, if you have a nice car be prepared to have your car door dinged and scratches up. NO assigned parking. Office Personnel, Unprofessional and rude. Maintenance. Untrustworthy, known to go into your apartment without notice or reason. High water bill. They shut off your water without notice. You don’t get the apartment you are promised. Bed Bugs. Never had them until we came here. Roaches. Never had them until we moved here. Would give zero stars if I could! Not worth it!

This apartment is a rip-off. They charge 80 to $90 a month for water and they have a sewage problem and never want to fix it.my toilet and sink have been broken on and off since the whole time I stayed here and literally they'll come and fix it and it'll mess up within the next 5 days. the management team is very rude and never wants to solve any of the problems that I'm having on top of that maintenance is very nosey I'm scared for them to even come into my apartment because they invade my privacy instead of fixing the problems that I'm asking them to fix. The parking is horrible if you get off of work after 8 you will not be able to find a parking spot unfortunately. I wish I could give them no stars trust me I'm doing you guys a favor don't move here!!!!

We rented this apartment thinking the bills were included like it is listed on the website. They are not included, they are billed separately then, the bills are added to the cost of the apartment. My bills range from 130-250 a month that is added on top of rent.So no untilities are not included. On top of that, the ladies in the office are rude as hell and are not helpful at all. Do not rent here. Even when you try to be nice, they treat you rude. there is no reason for that since we are the reason they have a job. It is also difficult to find a place to park, and don't park in the wrong place, your car will get towed and will cost you 350 dollars. They also do not have handicapped parking, my dad who is DV had to park down the street, I am sure that is out of ADA compliance. Do not rent here and we will not renew our lease here and if there were a way we could find a way they broke our lease agreement we would have already have moved out.

We were prospective renters, hoping to get a good deal. We should have known better. The place looked decent, and the staff was friendly, but once we put in our application and a deposit, things started to go south. My husband got a call from them saying there was a problem with our application, but they didn't know what it was, but that they'd appeal it to see what was going on. Two weeks later, they called me and left a message. I asked my husband to call them because I was at work. They wouldn't answer his calls, or if they did, they just hung up on him without answering. So I had to call. When I did, they told me we'd not passed the application process because my husband supposedly owned property he owed money on. (He doesn't own any property, and hasn't ever owned any property.) They then argued with me over that, then told me that because we'd failed the application process, we wouldn't get anything back. The application fee, I can understand, but they said we wouldn't even get the deposit back. Apparently they'd "told us", via word of mouth, at the time of application, that if we didn't pass, we didn't get anything back. Neither my husband or I remember them saying anything about that, let alone seeing it in any of the contracts or application papers we looked at or signed. We do NOT recommend them to anyone.

Property falling apart, not keep up nor clean. Management not professional nor friendly, always dis oriented, work orders never get fix. High rent for poor quality, I recommend living elsewhere.
