It’s been a very good experience living at Parq crossing! The apartment is perfect for what I need and it’s close to the school campus. The leasing staff are happy to answer any questions and are all very welcoming. Michael has been great with any maintenance issue I’ve had. I’m glad I picked this apartment!

My 1 bedroom has tons of natural light and nice appliances. The space I have is perfect for me and my dog. I like to walk her around the block and use the dog park to let her run around in. The gym is pretty convenient as well. Really happy with the office and maintenance staff they are always really helpful

Parq Crossing is in a super convenient location! I love the easy freeway access and its close to stores and restaurants. When I want to go downtown its an easy uber. The appliances are nice and the windows are oversized and let a lot of light into my apartment. The staff is nice and maintenance is always fast to get my stuff fixed. Overall its a cool place for what it is.

I never write a review. But I’m writing one because I’m grateful to the community manager and mgm’s properties staff. The community manager Bailey is the best- and she has always listened and acted on all the issues I shared. I have lived in lot of apartment buildings but I never came across a helpful person like Bailey. And also the staff is very professional and cordial. I have extended my lease just because the community manager helped addressed issues promptly and efficiently. In addition, this building is very secure with fencing all around and one gets a homely feeling.
