The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Residence 620
Ive lived here 6 years now. The building was good for the 1st part, then around 2 years ago new management took over and its been all downhill since. Management refuses to communicate, will often ignore texts and calls. The laundry machines have been broken for over 6 months with management refusing to fix them. The common areas are filthy with often trash and old gross mattresses piled up in the garage. Now the building is starting to have a cockroach problem as well. I will not not renewing my lease once it is up.
This used to be a good place to live, But it’s gone way downhill. Your service request will not be answered, if they are there is no follow through. the pool is gross, the common area carpets are soaked with dirt, one of the washers has been broke for months, leaving two for the entire building. Don’t believe me? Book a tour and see for yourself. You’ve been warned!
New management won't answer phone calls, emails or texts and try to screw you at every turn. They ignore you and I've talked to multiple tenants who have all had similar experiences.
