My experience was unbelievable. I did not intend to move here but I spoke with Chauntee and she was very nice, helpful and professional. Chauntee made the experience so easy that I never viewed the apartment I only seen the apartment after the approval lol. I was not disappointed at all the apartment was beautiful and very clean. It is very peaceful in this community and we welcome positive people only. Please do not move here if you are not positive or peaceful. Apartment complex is very clean and quiet, also located conveniently close to many restaurants. Other residents and staff are incredibly nice and kind. I rent a parking spot so I cannot comment on the availability of parking.

Not enough parking, trash not picked up on time, and the way we pay our rent is annoying, but other than that great place to live it's always quite and clean, maintenance always quick

Great location and the complex is nice and quiet. The managers are friendly and very understanding. My appliances are upgraded. I don’t have any issues with the apartments. It’s the best choice in my opinion.

Had a good experience moving in, love the apartment , except for the toilet bowl not cleaned, but was immediately addressed by the apartment office after reporting it .

The fact they are trying to have competitive people prices with other complexes is a joke,the staff and maintenance are lazy and unprofessional & the apartments should be on housing

I have had my car broken into twice. Had to complain about my upstairs neighbor, smoking marijuana which makes my apartment smell like marijuana and the noise they make several times. They have been changes to the lease that we were not told about. The management refuses to get a second trash receptor and there’s always trash in the parking lot and around the apartments. The saving race is the maintenance team is really nice and they’ve helped me a lot

Awesome Community, staff is always friendly and helpful. For the most part the community is well taken care of except some of the neighbors who do not clean up after the dogs. Amenities are good for the price range.

Nice place to live, its walking distance to the outlets and local restaurants. Maintenace is quick to repair problems. The downside is that the vinyl floors are constantly dirty no matter how much I scrub and mop.

I've been living here for 8 years. Wow time has gone by so fast. I love living here! It's peaceful and my dogs love to play at the dog park. Maintenance is great and the office staff are kind.

It’s been great! There’s been no issue. All of my maintenance requests have been fixed I’m super fast. When I first moved in I had an issue with the washer but it got fixed.

Overall the community is quiet and respectable. Location is second to none when it comes to neighborhoods. The manager and staff doesn't communicate very well with the tenants. My experience.

Great atmosphere quiet and also the staff have been very fast with being responsive. Maintenance came same day they all are working hard I hope others appreciate it.

It aint bad. Although, the requests you put in for your apartment aren't taken seriously. Need to keep contacting them for things to get done and it can get very annoying.

The Parkways is a very nice apartment complex! The neighbors you come across outside are always nice, and the staff is awesome! The only thing is that there might be some roaches when it gets cold…..

The office is never answers the phone, the gate is always broken and open on one side. On the off chance it does work, the code to get in doesn't. The apartments themselves are good it's just the staff.

The maintenance is excellent and they are very efficient in everything and the girls in the office are always attentive to the residents and there are always notifications about everything that happens

Apartamentos muy viejos, la área de contenedores de basura es un desastre siempre súper sucia y con basura por fuera, necesitan un contenedor más grande . El recogido de basura pésimo. Los baños con las losetas pintadas que con el agua se levanta. A pesar de que mi apartamento siempre está limpio hay muchas cucarachas y han salido ratones.

Awesome complex any issue is resolve in a timely matter. The staff in the front office is always welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend the community.

I just want to complement the maintenance team for their incredibly prompt attention they give you here at the Parkways on Prairie Creek. I recently had a situation that was urgent and it was late at night on a Friday. It took less than 30 minutes for the maintenance supervisor to arrive and start taking care of the things. When my air conditioning got warm and I contacted maintenance, requesting maybe a Freon check, they were here within an hour. They gave it what it needed, and I was cool once again!! I just cannot say enough good things about this group of hard working folks that do everything to keep my apartment my home!! ??

Maintenance has been very helpful. Answered my calls immediately. They are very efficient. I’ve met some nice people in the community seems quiet and safe, so I enjoy it. Other than the overflowing trash can.

Not the best place to live, no parking, trash piles up and stinks, wasps, raccoons, and cats everywhere. I like the apartment layout and size for the price, but you get what you pay for in the overall experience.

It’s decent! Floors were replaced prior to moving in, but vinyl adhesive is everywhere. I don’t feel like anything was cleaned, just painted white (including the bathtub). The dumpster outside stays full of trash.

Apartment are very nice and spacious, maintenance is on point and trash is maintained very well, community is very quiet good place to stay and its right by many food places and shopping/entertainment areas

We had some issues with the a/c. But our maintenance here is amazing! They came back to the apartment as soon as they could. I’m keeping it 1 star off because the washing machine has build up and it goes all the way down the middle area. Lots of spiders too.

Good close to my work place and church and nice environment. Easy access to the store and restaurants. And the amenities are great. I like the location

Very friendly and courteous staff. The community is very quiet, grounds are kept well. Overall, this is great place to call home. I would recommend this complex.
I would not recommend this apartment complex. This is my second year being here and I truly regret renewing for another year. Maintenance team suck. Front office sucks at getting back to you. Do not come here. Can’t wait for my lease to be up.
