Moving here is like moving into a den if THIEVES!!! All the surrounding perks are good BUT be ready to get broken into on a regular basis. Don't send your student or you g adult here unless you want to donate all of their belongings to the theives that live here. Avoid this place at all costs. Forewarned is foretold.
