Although I haven't been here very long, Parkway Grande Apartments are very cozy and welcoming. The staff make move-in incredibly easy and as of now, I have had no problems overall.
I was very happy with moving here in the beginning, but now am seriously considering moving. It's a nice place, but I think it heavily depends upon your preference I guess.
Have been a resident at Parkway Grande for 5 years and recently renewed. Two very important issues to consider when renting is safety and peace of mind. Parkway Grande provides me with both and also, the best office and maintenance staff. My previous rental experiences have been a total nightmare. Parkway Grande is a place I can call home, so thank you.
I jumped at the chance to get a ground floor apartment in Parkway. The layouts are roomie and inviting. Valet trash pickup is a real blessings.
Maintenence is quick and responsive and office staff is actually caring. I respect how this company has handled the COVID crisis. It is, without a doubt, one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in.
The experience has been great with no regrets on choosing this place as my home.

I am astonished by what I experienced: GREAT customer CARE. I was greeted at the door, which was nothing I had experienced before. I was spoken to with respect and treated as if they had known me for years. I felt like a friend invited over for afternoon tea. This is, by far, the best place I have rented.

This is a great place to live. No issues and very quiet!
I wouldn't advise anyone to live here, the property gets taken care of and looks good thanks to the maintenance guys. But as far as the management goes, not one person is on the same page in that office. They don't have a a clue as to what they are doing. They will tell you one thing, then do the complete opposite. They will wait until you try to move out to charge you more for there mistakes and slip ups. When it comes to "residents first" this place takes last place of everywhere I lived in San Marcos.
be careful about water bill. try to include water bill into your rent, otherwise, be ready pay very high water bill more than 100 dollars. It is so hard to understand how water usage is read. you will not be able to get answer either from landlord or NWP(a company reads water usage). good luck if you rent.
Parkway Falls apartments are the best in San Marcos. The newest in San Marcos, Parkways Falls is also the most beautiful. Great selection of floor plans with tasteful modern amenities. The most caring, helpful staff you will ever meet. Beautiful pool area and fitness center. I would recommend to everyone to visit Parkway Falls, it is a wonderful place to call home.
so far I am very please with the apartments. the apartment I live in is brand new so I cannot complain about anything. very pleased I chose Parkway Falls as my home
The management is unprofessional and not very helpful.I found dealing with them to be an unpleasant experience.
